The apartment is located in a villa with garden and private parking 10 minutes from the historic center of Venice. It is located in Venice-Marghera in a district called "Città Giardino". In the immediate vicinity there are all the main services: public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, banks, ...


The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with care.
It is ideal for hosting couples of friends and families with children.


It can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen-living room with TV and table for 6 people.
- Double room (bed 160x200) with two armchairs and desk. En-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.
- Double bedroom (160x200 bed) with sofa for 2 persons and desk. En-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
- Double bedroom (bed 140x200) with desk. En-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.


The price includes towels, sheets, a welcome drink and courtesy coffee.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Venice

This apartment was as advertised. It’s only a short walk to the bus that takes you straight to Venice in 10 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood was very pleasant and we loved walking to dinner places. The apartment has private parking inside the gate which made everything so easy. The only inconvenience we had was the place for everyone to congregate was the kitchen/dining room and there was one sofa for two people. There were four of us. The place actually has three bedrooms & sleeps six people comfortably, so when hanging out together, the only option was to sit at the kitchen table or be outside at a table. But honestly, it really was a great place to stay!

This was a good first stay for our group in Italy since we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms! The apartment also is equipped with a washer and a dryer. The hosts were responsive when we had a noise issue, even though it was not in their control, they did what they could to help fix the situation.

This play was great! Honestly, I think it was worth way more than we paid for it. Erika was extremely quick to respond to any message, her colleague was supper friendly and helpful when we checked in. Everything was easy. Our kids were thrilled to have their own bathrooms. Getting to Venice was simple and fast. We didn’t want to leave.

Great location for Venice

Lovely clean property, great location and the air-conditioning was most welcome! The owner, and especially the property manager were very helpful and friendly. The bus stop 50m down the road made visiting Venice very very easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice apartment close to Venice

We really enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated apartment. Bus stop and train station to Venice are only a few minutes away. Communications with the owner were really easy. Linda was really helpful at check in, providing information on how to get to Venise and where to find local stores and transport. The apartment is well equiped and really comfortable, and offers a private gated parking. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Venice.

Great place to stay while visiting Venice

We had a wonderful experience at this home. Three bedrooms, each with their own bath room. Washer and dryer, which is so great when traveling. A very well equipped kitchen, although we did not cook other than breakfast. Not really a living room for very many people. The host was extremely friendly and helpful upon our arrival. Super easy to take the bus to Venice and back - only 10 minutes after a very short walk. I do not have much experience with renting this way (usually use hotels), but I can not imagine having a better experience. It was perfect for us. Thank you to Sylvia

Amazing

The house had all the information we needed, had good places to eat near by, and was able to provide us with confort. The house itself is remodeled and has all the regular appiences needes to cook if you want to. Even though it is a bit far from venice, the public transportation allowed us to travel easier. It is what what it looks like and it is worth renting. I recommend it 100%.

Really lovely!!

The apartment is really nice and clean. And it has got everything you need. The check in is very profesional and they give you a lot of information. You've got a bus stop really close and bus to Venice every 10 minutes, and the trip is about 15 minutes or less. We'll recommend it.

Fabulous apartment!!

This apartment was amazing. It is exactly as pictured in the listing (only there's a new, bigger outdoor table with a shade cover over it, too), no surprises at all. Our family of 4 stayed in the larger two bedrooms, and both were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need to do real cooking, although all we did was a few breakfasts and a salad for lunch one day. (Check the slide-out cabinet to the right of the stove to see what's there when you arrive - when we were there, we found salt, a few kinds of vinegar, and we contributed a small bottle of olive oil.) The location is excellent. It's a very short walk to the train station, on the quiet, residential side of the tracks. Buses to Venice are close by, and there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank, and a few restaurants within walking distance. The pizzeria across the street is an acceptable neighbourhood place for a quick, simple meal - we ate there one evening when we got back from a long day in Venice and the kids needed food fast - but there are other, better restaurants within a km on foot. We ate twice at Al Giardinetto and would definitely recommend it. The owners have provided a big binder with maps and directions to all of these places and more. This apartment was an excellent value and a delightful place to stay. I highly, highly recommend it.

Super modern darling rental!

We loved, loved this place!! There were 5 of us - 2 parents and 3 adult children. At first we were a little nervous driving into the neighborhood as the other homes looked a little old and unkempt but this house is gorgeous and immaculate inside and out. There was a metal gate to keep your car behind. 3 bedrooms and each had their own bathroom - my kids were cheering! Beds were super comfy and the place had all the amenities including Wi-Fi. The other great part was that we only had to walk a few blocks to catch the bus into Venice. We didn't have time to watch TV or anything so it didn't matter but the only thing this placed lacked was a couch for us all to sit on if we wanted in the evening. I think they have done everything that could be done with this lay-out though and a very nice size kitchen table that could seat at least 6. I would go stay there again in a heartbeat!!! The bedrooms each had chairs/small couches so that would work great if you came as couples.

Wir waren 3 Paare, die in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung ein verlängertes WE verbracht haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Die Lage in Marghera ist ruhig und sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Kurze Wege nach Venedig und zu den umliegenden Städten. Die ACTV Zeittickets machen die unbegrenzte Nutzung des ÖPNV in Venedig und auf dem Festland möglich. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!
