Russott Hotel Venezia San Giuliano

Good location, quick ways between airport and city. For 3€ public transport to Venice 700 meters from the hotel.

Its nice hotel with easy access, free parking and breakfast, needs tlc.

Hotel turned on the air condition the second night after many complaints due to hot weather.

Staff was great. Hotel is dated, needs to be upgraded. Breakfast was more than adequate. Had to walk a fair distant to get to the bus stop...they should provide transportation tp the P. Di La Roma

Great! Will stay here again on completion of our cruise.

Much better value than Venice. I stayed there 10 years ago when it was newver. Now Hilton is next door. Venice is just over the bridge. Great location.

We stayed at the Russott one night. We were taking a cruise out of Venice port. The hotel was nice. It is a typical European hotel. The beds are stiff, but the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel staff was also very friendly. Cab fair to the hotel and then to the port was about 25 Euro each. or 50 Euro total.

This is a budget hotel with pretty good facilities. For an old city is quiet modern. It is perfectly located. It is 15 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes, by bus, to Plaza de Roma, from where you can take vaporettos (boats) to basically every place, including the small islands like Murano. There are two bus stops in the avenue in front of the hotel. The hotel has ample parking and conference and convention facilities too. Room service is great and the complimentary breakfast buffet is an excellent way to start your day. When we visit Venice again, this would be our first option.

We had been staying at many Rick Steves recomended hotels in Spain until we got here and it was like a breath of fresh air to have a stay in a USA type setting/amenities. We especially liked having 3 0r 4 English speaking channels on our TV. We bought the continental breakfast plan with our room and it was very confusing what we could and couldn't eat in the dinning room. What we did have was very good though.

Great location! Hotel was clean and the room was large. The included breakfast was ok, but not great. Free parking was a plus!
