The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the bus stop that provides access to central Venice and the center of Mestre. The area is well served by all major amenities: bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs, and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and access to the terrace;

- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- Large, covered TERRACE with awning and wardrobe (accessible from the living room and bedroom).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, radiator heating, split air conditioning (in the hallway), iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, and hairdryer.
