Having the kitchen was amazing! Perhaps more direction where things are but still if you look around you find it all! Simply awesome time. Lots of bedding and easy to access! Would 100 percent stay again.

Wonderful overall, we were all extremely satisfied with everything. Will definitely return! Just a few minor things. The address is incorrect in Expedia and The location is tricky to find. The Expedia information indicates that it is located at No. 552 when in fact is 555. We were able to Find it because it was the only door with a keypad so we tried our luck and it opened! Also perhaps more info regarding which apartment it is as there are two and again, we guessed and found it because it had a keypad… perhaps more instructions. Other minor things: The freezer’s door (inside the fridge) is broken so not made it hard to close the fridge. The AC remote batteries were low. So had trouble turning on the AC.

Die Lage in Dorsoduro war absolut fantastisch – eines der schönsten Viertel Venedigs und nur etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Markusplatz. Für uns war das perfekt. Auch die Wohnung selbst entsprach genau den Fotos: schön, gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir Anfang Mai ein sehr kühles Wochenende erwischt (abends nur 11–14 Grad). In der Wohnung – besonders im Bad – ließ sich die Heizung nicht einschalten. Der Gastgeber teilte uns mit, dass die Heizung in den Sommermonaten generell abgeschaltet ist. Dadurch haben wir während unserer vier Tage wirklich gefroren, vor allem nach dem Duschen. Ein weiterer Punkt, der unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat: In der Nachbarwohnung lief jeden Morgen ab 6:00 Uhr jemand mit Absatzschuhen auf und ab – etwa eine Stunde lang. Das passierte täglich, so dass wir täglich sehr früh geweckt wurden. Trotz dieser Punkte möchten wir betonen, dass die Wohnung an sich wunderschön ist und wir hatten vermutlich einfach Pech mit den Temperaturen und den lauten Nachbarn.

L’appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos : spacieux, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Pensez à bien regarder les photos et le plan envoyés pour trouver la bonne porte, car Google Maps ne vous mène pas exactement au bon endroit :-)
