It's very bright, cozy and silent, and it's located in the heart of the most caratheristic place in the city. Very close to the railway station (only 5 minutes) and the vaporetto boarding (100mt). Rita our host met us and was delightful and very helpful. The accommodation was very clean and it had everything you could need in the kitchen with coffee and breakfast items left for us. It is in a really good location, close to some amazing restaurants and within walking distance of the Rialto bridge. Very Venetian feel and the balcony was an amazing place to watch everything going on up and down the canal. Would recommend this place to stay!

As always a great stay in Venice. This was our second time and we really enjoyed the balcony on the canal, great local restaurants nearby. And easy vaporetto stops to take you anywhere in Venice and the other islands. Also easy stop from the airport or train station. Highly recommend-will not disappoint.

The home is beautiful. It’s comfortable and it felt like home. The host was very accommodating and attentive to the smallest details/amenities. The home is at a great location, quiet street and near the train station and water transportation options. Rita was very nice, meeting us at the home and providing us with great information and recommendations for dining. There is a nice live jazz bar near the home. Stepping into this apartment felt like returning home.
