Bedroom 1: King bed with memory foam mattress, 55” TV, modern ensuite bath with large walk-in shower, and direct pool access
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with Novaform mattress, Smart TV, and direct patio access
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with TV and closet
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds with closet.
Additional amenities include space for a boat and RTV, making this home ideal for guests who love both relaxation and adventure.
House code will be send before arrival. Extended patio with salted pool lounge chairs and TV. You'll also have access to the backyard and driveway parking.The thermostat is located in the kitchen by the garage door. Feel free to adjust, but please NOT below 71°F.

Great house! Owner has done a great job finishing and managing it. Had a great family spring break trip. Really appreciated the beach chairs, toys, bikes, cooler, etc that they provide in the garage. Laundry machines excellent. Communication and checking and out process was very easy and straight forward. Highly recommend, A

Wonderful Stay!
We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Sun Coast Garden Family place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Greg and Bernadetta was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary bottle of wine, which made us feel like we were staying in a 5-star resort. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The pool was clean and well maintained, and looked beautiful at night all lit up. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect, with close proximity to the beach and amazing golf – according to my husband. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. We really loved the fact that owners had high quality beach chairs, towels and umbrellas available to use. It made our beach time so much more enjoyable.
Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Bernadetta’s and Greg’s property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!
