honestly the best hotel we stayed at in Italy so far, the room was nice and clean, the washrooms were spotless, and the entire hotel smelled good. If you go to Venice in the train, don’t walk to the hotel like we did lol we realized afterwards that there’s a public boat that takes you to a station 3 minute walk from the hotel

Foi a pior experiência que já tive em um hotel, tivemos nossa privacidade invadida. Nos colocaram em um quarto que tinha uma lage ao lado e antes das 8 horas da manhã fomos acordados com dois homens ao lado de nossa janela falando alto, levamos um susto e ao abrir a cortina para ver o que estava acontecendo eles ainda ficaram olhando para dentro do quarto. Terrível! Reclamamos na recepção, mas não achamos que a situação foi considerada. Não recomendo o hotel. Na hora ficamos sem reação, mas depois tiramos fotos dessa lage.
