This hotel was a major disappointment, and I want to share my experience. We arrived early, left our bags at the front desk, and returned around 6 PM to check in. The room looked nothing like the booking photos, but the staff seemed unbothered, dismissing it as if we should have expected it. Trying to make the best of it, we decided to stay. After a long, hot day, I went to take a shower and found that water was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Despite this inconvenience, I decided to let it go. However, I then noticed the room was infested with bugs—far more than could be tolerated. By 8:30 PM, I went to the front desk to report these issues, but was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternate rooms were available. They might be able to move us in the morning, but when I asked for the manager, I was informed they weren’t available until then, and the staff insisted this was not a “serious” issue. It became clear that the whole system was flawed. We returned to the room, still facing the bug and water problems, and decided to book another hotel at our own expense. Though this meant paying for two places, staying here was simply not an option. What was supposed to be a wonderful experience in Italy turned into one of my worst travel experiences.

The room was clean but the internet is really bad. The bathroom had a small piece of glass that was supposed to act as a shower curtain but failed miserably which resulted in the bathroom being a lake most of the time. For what this place cost I just expected a little more. Our room needed a good coat of paint and some updated furniture. I think the bed we had..Michelangelo probably slept on. If you’re reading this…I would just continue to look around for another place

The room looked nice and it was modern. We did however wake up with bites over our bodies. We approached the staff and they offered a room at another hotel but when we accepted they then said they couldn’t move us. They did change the linen but this did not help.The breakfast was good and kitchen staff very friendly. Also the air conditioning did not work and the temperature was 28c outside.

BED BUGS. This was the worst stay I’ve had probably ever. The room was so small and cloister phobic. The bathroom shower had mold. After a long day, we laid in bed and watch a bright red bugs crawl over the white sheet. It was a young bed bug. Instantly we hopped out of bed. It was 11pm so no one was downstairs. We had to sleep on the cold tile floor on our towels that we had already showered with. When we told the receptionist the next morning he acted like he had no idea and didn’t offer any refund or compensation. They also charged us additional taxes which was not clear when I booked it. Breakfast isn’t included the way it makes it sound. It’s an additional cost and you have to book a time frame. Do not stay here.

Great Hotel fr a Venetian visit

This Hotel is excellent and well appointed. Although not on the Isle of Venice it is veryclose to easy to use bus and train services. The staff are friendly.an helpfull. It is immaculately clean. Bear in mind if you leave the hotel to visit the Venetian islands this hotel is not close enough to just pop back and get changed for an evening visit. However the affirdable price makes this less of an inconvenience. One very small point of note: The room is equioed with a kettle Fridge and Microwave which is excellent but unfortunately there are no cups or coffee in the room. Only a minor issue.
