There should be a sign up to protect guest the water is not suitable to drink Also there are no hooks to hang your towel or clothes in bathroom There wasn’t a mattress protective cover on the mattress. Uncomfortable However the staff were excellent

The stay was nice but, what's nicer was the staff. All the staff on front desk was very helpful. My friend's nose pin got accidently stuck in wash basin and they guys called the plumber and made sure that she gets that back. How rarely you find such nice people. Another incident was that we dropped the key of our room on one of the ghats. When we arrived hotel, we found that we have lost the key. We explained this to them and told them, we'll pay for the cost however, they provided us the new key and didn't charge us a single penny for the lost key. The room was very very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We loved our stay and hospitality.
