Checking in was a little tricky but the property manager was so helpful in helping once we figured it out it was easy . Property was clean had all the amenities great location. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property. We had a great stay

The house was clean had all the amenities you needed. We had a little bit of trouble trying to enter the property, but the homeowner was courteous and very helpful to try to solve this problem. Always very responsive annd understanding . This was a great rental. The location was excellent. Would definitely stay again .

Location and apartment were great! Apartment had all the amenities you could ask for, including coffee and an umbrella! Clean with lots of extra pillows and linens. The only issue I had was with using the power lock system, as the instructions you’re given for check in include the code, but no mention of whether other buttons need to be pressed as well, and as someone not familiar with these systems, can be confusing. The property manager was great with assisting via phone call late at night, and all was well thereafter. Same problem with the fob if you are using parking. The check in directions mention having one, but does not include clear instructions on what to do with it. Since the fob has multiple buttons on it, it would be helpful to have more clear directions on how to use it. We figured it out though! Absolutely would stay here again.

Amazing location! Walking distance to everything you need, and close to great bars and restaurants.I totally recommend this place!Communication with Lane was quick and effortless — he answered all our questions in less than 10 minutes.

We loved our stay! The location couldn't have been better. Plenty of stores within walking distance, including liquor store!!! Great place to stay and will definitely be booking again!

Overall, the stay was fine and the condo itself met our basic needs. However, there are a few things future guests should be aware of.The listing is somewhat ambiguous about the condo's exact location. It is situated in the heart of Chinatown and backs up to a park that regularly sees a large presence of unhoused individuals—often more than 50—who frequently gather directly in front of the building. While we didn’t experience any direct issues, this may be important for some guests to consider, particularly families or those unfamiliar with the area.Additionally, the residents of the building were noticeably unfriendly, and it’s clear there is some tension around the unit being used as a short-term rental. This created a somewhat uncomfortable atmosphere during our stay.Getting into the building for the first time was also quite complicated. The check-in instructions lacked clarity, especially regarding how to use the remote to activate the elevator once inside. A more detailed explanation would definitely help future guests avoid confusion.That said, the property manager was incredibly helpful and very responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Their support made a big difference and helped smooth out some of the initial hiccups.
