I had a great 4-night stay. Even though the property was under construction, my room was clean, open, well stocked, quiet and very comfortable., and the fitness room and temporary breakfast room were just fine. Loved the bed!

They are remodeling and the materials had an odor in common areas. In the room, no smell. The room was a studio and very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfy. Furniture seemed to be new and in excellent condition. I am a single woman and felt safe. I thought the $5 parking fee was BS. The hotel is in a neighborhood, not downtown. It seemed to be a money grab. I have stayed here in the past when it was another company. The location is good. Quiet.

Currently under construction

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are spacious with a convenient kitchen but the place is a bit of a mess right now. They are undergoing a bit renovation which is was not mentioned on Expedia when making the reservation, and it made the stay a bit uncomfortable. They’re having guests go through a side door to a small administrative office to check in, the entire building smells strongly of paint, and there are construction noises throughout the day. There was also a lot of noise and light coming in through the hallway so getting good rest was difficult. Proximity to the highway makes for convenience but noise. The free breakfast was decent but there were not enough tables to accommodate the guests in that area.
