We chose this hotel for a one night stay prior to a flight and were pleased with the room (on the 7th floor), so we re-booked for a one night stay following our return flight. The room we were allocated on the second visit (room 513) was disappointing, and not as clean as the room on the 7th floor.

Overall was a good experience and great location. Staff were helpful and hotel was clean and functional But the room Temperature was set way too high and the controls didn’t work making for a very uncomfortable night. Disappointing as we had to leave the next day for a grueling overseas flight and really needed a good rest.

The room was okay but one USB A and one USB C charging port did not work. In the restaurant, the fish and chips fish was incredibly greasy, the worst I have ever seen. I used up 4 napkins to soak up the grease and my hands were glistening with grease.
