All staff representatives whether front desk or housekeeping were approachable, helpful and friendly. It was obvious (and appreciated) that those of us who requested “Quiet” were grouped together on the same floor, which worked in everyone’s best interests.

Our room had a stunning panoramic view across the Fraser River, with a corner balcony. Nice touch was the robes, useful as a fog rolled in so we kept warm while watching the tug boats pull the timber up the river.

The staff were super friendly at check in. The bed was very comfortable. But couldn't turn off the heat so it kept turning on and off all night so that was kind of annoying. Incredible view

The property is older but the beds are comfortable and the views are nice. Our room was on the 8th floor and it was quiet. Instructions for parking in the lot could be improved. We parked in one of the designated spots and paid downstairs only to find out that the parking should have been charged with our room instead and it would have been cheaper that way. The clerk at the front desk could be more friendly and welcoming, a positive attitude can really make a difference in the guest experience. Her demeanor has consistently been the same every time we have stayed. All in all we would stay again, it's a nice local getaway for a short stay.
