The staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean, had everything we needed. The shower was wonderful… good hot water and lots of water came out of the shower head! Reasonable rates. We’d stay again.

I had seen comments that the highway was loud. But I would have to say that it was not as loud as they portray it to be. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was terrible. The English muffins, bagels and bread were dry and hard. I asked the attendant if she had fresher bread and she went to the back and brought out the bag of English muffins. The muffin was wet from condensation and hard in the other side. It was obvious that the eggs and sausage patties were warmed up leftovers for several days. It was terrible. The Comfort Inn & Suites had gone way downhill. I don’t plan to stay there again. There were not many good options on hotels.com for this city

The shower was broken, but usable. Would have liked to have received fresh towels during our stay but didn’t. Staff we experienced were very friendly. Parking was perfect, breakfast was good but a lot was empty and had run out, it took a while for things to be refilled.
