Smutsigt och nedgånget, men med fint läge!

Hotellet skulle kunna ge mer om det renoverades. Det behöver också städas bättre. Vi stannade två nätter men ingen tillsyn, städning eller byte av handdukar skedde. Sängarna är ok, men tyget på sidorna är grymt smutsiga och det var grus på golvet och smutsiga väggar i duschen liksom mögligt och smutsigt duschdraperi. Möblerna hade sett sina bättre dagar och var fläckiga och sunkiga. Frukosten är ganska enkel och man fick fråga efter laktosfria alternativ!

This hotel is intended for and dedicated to golfers. Thus the rooms are very spacious, although a bit Spartan, and parking is easy. Every room has a large deck with expansive views of the golf course. The restaurant next door serves up a tasty breakfast and has a nice 19th hole. Despite not being golfers, we’ve stayed here multiple times, recovering from our jet-lag whilst walking the course at 4am

Har tyckt detta boende varit fantastiskt, särskillt hörnrummen med bad. Men nu känns det tyvärr, måste jag säga att det blivit sämre. Klagar sällan, men, ligger man på hotell kanske 30 v om året, blir man lite kräsen av valet. Städningen bristfällig, inte ok med en hög av damm på tex eluttagen, gammalt youghurtpaket i kylskåpet ??? Allvarligt, städar man inte där heller? Restaurangen stängs tidigt, ok, pandemitider, men,, Frukosten, om den är i tid, väldigt spartansk.. Trots allt, så är det ändå ett väldigt trevligt ställe. Man får bara inte ställa allt för höga krav,tyvärr.

Nice hotell to stay, expecially if you like golf! Due early leave I missed breakfast. Room and furniture are nice, you'll enjoy. My room was not just well cleaned, I guess it had been empty for longer time due covid situation before I stopped there.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice. It was currently having work being done and the restaurant was closed. It would have been noce to have had products in the vending machine as its out of the way from the main town. It would also have been nice to have tea or coffee in the rooms. All in all though a very nice clean hotel.

KORTPROBLEM

Vid sen ankomst skulle vi hämta ut dörrkort i skåp. Skåpet kunde ej öppnas med hjälp av anvisad kod. Fick hjälp av restaurangpersonal att erhålla kortet. Efter frukost dag 2 kunde ej erhållna kort öppna rumsdörren. Erhöll nya kort. Vid ankomst till hotellet dag 2 efter 21.00 kunde de nya korten ej öppna dörren. Försökte då ringa till angivet nummer för brådskande ärende eftersom reception och restaurang var stängda och obemannat. Kunde ej erhålla svar på brådskande nummer utan det var röstbrevlåda. Ringde då First Hotell i Solna samt Sollentuna. De kunde inte få kontakt med någon som kunde hjälpa. Efter ca 1,5 timme ringde en person upp oss och kunde då via tel hjälpa till med att få ut en nyckel i ett annat kodlåst skåp. Denna person som var en av de vi kontaktat och lämnat meddelande och hade någon form av jour meddelade att han sin telefon på ljudlöst!!!!! Ska ni bo vid hotellet säkerställ att ni inte kommer efter att restaurangen har stängt!!!!!

Dåligt bemanning i receptionen, ofta gick man gå till baren för att få hjälp och några av dom var inte så trevliga🙁 dom lovade en del saker när jag boka som dom inte höll när vi kom dit!! Saknar finishen men väldigt prisvärt.

Hotellet var väldigt prisvärt och vårat rum var större än förväntat. Inga mäklarbilder utan nästan tvärt om. Huset är lite burkigt så dunsar när man rör sig men alla bekvämligheter var bra och utsikten perfekt. Negativt var att man missa lite på allt. Ingen städning pga Corona men ingen som informerade om det. Fruckosten glömde ständigt att hålla koll så brödet var fruset, kaffe saknades vid något tillfälle och juicen smakar som 1+4 bland variant. Corona gjorde dock att det var få gäster och för dom ca 850kr/natt för lyxigaste delux rummet så är det oavsett sina skavanker fruktansvärt prisvärt.

Kommunikation mellan hotell och Hotels.com lite bristfällig.Vi hade ombokat vår vistelse det hade inte Hotels.com meddelat hotellet. receptionen löste det ändå på ett smidigt sätt.Saknar dock information på rummet, borde finnas ett informationsblad med tider för restaurang, internetuppkoppling, Tv:n och även lite info om golfbanan. Frukosten var Ok men tyvärr fanns kvarlämnat pålägg i kylskåpet från föregående gäster vilket inte var så trevligt. När jag påpekade detta ,när vi checkade ut fick jag till svar att man skulle prata med övrig personal, hade varit trevligt med ett litet "ursäkta". Hade faktiskt inte räknat med kvarglömd mat från föregående gäster i kylskåpet. Man kanske även borde ser över städrutinerna Balkongen skulle kanske må bra av lite allmän uppfräschning. Annars var rummet väldigt rymligt och sängarna var sköna fint med ett litet bord och 2 stolar, bra garderobsutrymmen.
