Welcome to Marsh Haven, a light-filled three-bedroom home overlooking the marsh, designed for guests who value space, scenery, and a slower pace, without sacrificing convenience. Elevated for views and privacy, this multi-level retreat offers peaceful surroundings with easy access to beaches, dining, and local island favorites.

The main living level features an open layout with large windows that frame the marsh and bring in natural light throughout the day. The living area flows directly onto a screened-in porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, and evening sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a walk-in pantry, with the dining area positioned nearby for easy meals and gathering. A half bath on this level adds convenience.

On the lower level, a patio opens to a grassy yard that backs directly to the marsh, ideal for grilling, relaxing, or enjoying the quiet natural setting.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, offering privacy and separation from the main living areas. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, private marsh-view porch, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
