This house is perfect for families and friends coming to home Alabama football games. It is in a small neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and backs up to woods.
Back patio has a tv, grill, table, and lots of seating. Inside you will find a large living room with tv and Wi-Fi. You will also find a spacious kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 6-8. There is also a dining room table that seats 6-8.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath and a bonus room. Beds will sleep 10-12 including 1 king, 3 queen, 1 full, and a Futon.
Laundry is located just off the kitchen.
Parking will not be a problem. There is a 2 car garage, space in the driveway, and if needed extra cars can park in the cul-de-sac.

Amazing property!!
We stayed her for our daughters graduation May 2025! 5 adults and 3 children! The house had a lot of space to spread out, the beds were SO comfortable, lots of bathrooms, kitchen was large and had everything we could ever have needed! We enjoyed the yard and outdoor covered patio and tv! The grill was great too! The host was easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend this property!!!

UA Graduation Get Away
This property was the perfect spot for our multi-generational family stay for our University of Alabama Graduation Weekend! The home has a beautiful outside entertainment area and plenty of seating for dining and gathering, throughout the house! The kitchen is large and fully stocked with appliances and cookware for family meals and entertaining! The host is very easy to work with and willing to assist to ensure that the property meets your needs! This property is decorated in the modern, farmhouse neutral decor and the linens are fresh and inviting! The key pad on the door makes for easy in and out! Many amenities are located near the property. The location of this graduation get away allows for a beautiful, peaceful spot away from the buzz of T-town, yet you are just 10 minutes away from the heart of campus! It is the best of both worlds! This is a great spot for an Alabama graduation or football weekend! Roll Tide!

Best Bama Gathering
We are so happy we found this home. We had a large group of friends and family attending the 2022 Iron Bowl. Roll Tide! The home was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Ample beds for a group of 12 and great indoor and outdoor space for gathering. The drive to campus was easy and knowing we were coming back to a warm inviting home was a plus.
