The trip from hell. My room was never vaccumed they forgot to clean my room one day The curtain were old and torn. I requested to have the sheets and pillow cases replaced even though the claimed they were clean. Maids that spoke no English and were probably illegal I should sue orbitz for even allowing this on their web site You should be ashamed of your selves Mark behlman

We had a pretty good stay. The bathroom tub needs to be redone. Felt like it could fall in anytime. We would stay there again.

This hotel needs to clean itself up! The room smelled like something died in it, a horrible smell. The staff was very nice and tried to let me see 2 other rooms. Unfortunately, they both smelled very bad. The bathroom tub in two of the rooms had mold growing in it. It was a very busy weekend of graduation for Alabama so they were almost sold out. It is a shame that this hotel had dirty smelly rooms because it is a good location and the staff was trying hard to please the guest. The owner needs to put some effort into keeping the rooms smelling clean and fresh and doing a better job at cleaning the mold out of the bathrooms. Cleanliness is very important!!

I traveled here from Green Bay, WI for A day at the University of Alabama. I needed a non expensive nice room for my son and I. I was very happy with the room, service and employees at check in and out. The restaurants nearby were very nice also. I was very satisfied for the price I paid.

Room was musty smelling. Location was fantastic. We bought some air fresheners and we were good. Good hotel fire a bunch of guy bama fans.

The room service or maid service rushed us both days we were there to get out of the room so they could clean. Breakfast at front desk was non existent except coffee and juices

one of the worst experience in this horrible hotel. I paid 65 per night in one of the nasty rooms. Everything was so old and stink

Definitely low budget, but comfortable and overall OK.

Waffle House and Shrimp Basket right in front of hotel. Plenty of other dining nearby.

We arrived late. The desk clerk was eating the whole time we were at the desk. He was rude and not at all helpful. It was about 1:00am and we were just ready to get in a bed. The parking lot was littered ( like my husband stepped out of the car and a condom was the first thing he saw !) people were hanging off the balconies. If it had not been prepaid we would have left.

Had consruction workers living there and standing outside eyeballing every move you made. Made you nervous about comming and going into your room. Bathroom was dirty. Used towel to wipe off toilet seat and it was dirty with urine. Need better lighting in rooms. Only 2 lamps with very dim lights. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice to have fridge and microwave in room

This stay was to be at the a game of 2011..For the money it wasnt to bad and yes i would stay again. the next time ill bring my own towels and plunger..4 the price it was ok...

For 50 bucks I expected something a little outdated, but I got something just a little more unbearable. I checked the bed when I first walked in and immediatly could see hair on a ruffled pillow! Ewww! I checked the bathroom and there was dirt around the outside of the toilet and it had unknown splatter on the seat!. The tub had been rinsed but not cleaned. There was a desk and chair and TV that had not been wiped down; I could see fingerprints and residue. When I laid across the bed it was horrible! The spread smelled of dirty clothes, pee and butt. I don't recommend this hotel. The only thing I can say favorable about this place is that the lady at the front desk was very friendly and the carpet had been vaccuumed. If you can, spend that extra $30 bucks and go to any of the other surrounding hotels or bring your own blankets and cleaner! I guess I got what I paid for.

Stay away from this hotel. the place was so Nasty I had to go and purchase bathroom cleaner and clean the bathroom before I could shower. I would have left if there were other hotels available but it was gradutation at UA. The bed did not have a bed frame it was on 2x6 wooden boards. The staff acted like they were doing you a favor and waiting on you. the ice machine did not work. In all it was just a horrible place!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The manager, the front desk clerk, EVERYONE was unfriendly. There was not one thing that was depicted on the website!!! I wish there were negative ratings I could give this hotel!!1

Room was not clean. Carpet was not clean and sticky. Toliet had mold ring.

The only item bad was bathtowes was small

Person at check in was very nice and professional. Checked into room only to find TV reception wasn't very good. Bath floor felt oily. Bed was very comfortable. Can't complain about the price.

Attended college orientation w/ daughter coffee pots only had 2-3 cups in room; very small towels Overall this was superior to Motel 6 in Mobile, Al which was prior hotel stay in April 2009
