There was water leaks at back entrance that dropped on us upon entry and exit. There were large tubs of trash left in the hallways, no working vent in our bathroom, no working microwave for a 5 day stay, not all of the lights in the room worked. We booked a room for 3 and checked in with 3, but were given two towels a day. Our sheets were not changed the entire 5 days we were there. Very disappointed in the stay.

My main purpose was just to have a place to sleep on my travels. Although there were two people behind the check-in counter, I had to wait while one person checked in an individual ahead of me. I got the impression the customer in front of me had initially tried the other individual as their luggage was still in front of the other person while they moved over the the other helping them. Otherwise, the stay met all my needs. Road works make it confusing getting off the freeway but that will be much easier once the road works are completed.

I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It was quiet and clean. The staff are courteous and friendly.

Water has been leaking from the air-conditioner for quite some time. The wood floors near the air-conditioner are buckled and smell like mold. The lock to the door failed and they literally had to break into the room to let me get my stuff. They made no accommodations for any of this. Would not recommend.

The positive reviews on this hotel are wrong. It is not clean and I would not have stayed there had I known it would be in such poor condition. If you just need a "lower priced" place to stay, then I guess it would be OK. If you expect clean rooms, then look somewhere else.

Hotel was dated and needs to be upgraded. The facility is equivalent to a Ramada and of course Ramada is cheaper. I will not spend the extra money in the future to stay at this facility.

Checked in as a half way point to our destination. Kids were tired. Check in easy. Hotel looked nice from outside. We saw a few bad reviews but decided to chance it. First, the sheets were dirty. Second, the beds were hard and squeaky. But we needed sleep. Before check out I needed a shower. The mold around tub was horrible. Should I have seen this before we slept, I would not have stayed in that room. Then to top it off, tub wouldn’t drain during a shower. It also leaked all over the floor from the bottom. This was mentioned also in other reviews. Not a place for a easy rest over. My advice is go to next exit. Sorry this is harsh, but reviews are important to others needing advice

Room was fine. Exercise room was disappointing. Two out of four machines were broken. Breakfast food was barely warm.

My room needed to be freshen up. Counter in bathroom was damaged. The heater smelled when I turns on and who want to see a wrecker yard out your window.

Because we booked through a “ 3rd party”, we were given a handicapped room. Requested a different room, but told NO because we didn’t book directly through Wingate Wyndham. No offense to the disabled, but we aren’t, and didn’t request accommodations. Very disappointing.

The room was nice and big! The bed was comfortable. However, over the whole facility the floors looked like they needed a good mopping! Our bathroom did, for sure. I understand that it was a football weekend , but the standard of excellence should be maintained even if it means bringing in extra cleaning staff or hiring a private company for a busy weekend. Other than that, everyone was nice and accomodating, and we will stay there again.

The smell in the hallways reeked of Lysol and smoke. The carpets in the hall were stained. In our room the carpets as well as the chairs were stained. For the price of the room it was very disappointing. Overall it has to be ranked one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was pleasant. It would not take a whole lot of effort to clean the carpets and furniture.

Stayed here while my daughter did her orientation at university of Alabama. Accommodations were very nice, good location, staff was super friendly. Breakfast was decent, overall good experience.

Dirty sheets, significant mold buildup in shower, bad mattress. Check in was a breeze, especially considering we were hardly even spoken to; no "welcome to" or "thank you for staying with us." Simply, "here's your key."

Our room units are regulated to go to 74 degrees only. This prevents the units from being burn up and is more cost efficient. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast.
