Stayed here while my daughter did her orientation at university of Alabama. Accommodations were very nice, good location, staff was super friendly. Breakfast was decent, overall good experience.

Dirty sheets, significant mold buildup in shower, bad mattress. Check in was a breeze, especially considering we were hardly even spoken to; no "welcome to" or "thank you for staying with us." Simply, "here's your key."

Tub didn'the drain well while showering. Breakfast was o.k.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was great and the gentleman responsible for the breakfast is a wealth of information, engaging and friendly. The afternoon team for the front desk was not willing to be flexible at all. When asked about getting into our room 1 hour early, they made no attempt to see if the room was clean, they just stated no one could go into a room until 3 p.m. After a long travel day and knowing we needed to be on campus by 3 and would not return until 11 p.m. it was very disappointing to see no effort be made to support flexibility.

Didn't get the room I booked. Was supposed to have 2 queen bed and instead got one king. Was charged twice for the room and didn't even get the room I paid for. Manager was nice but it made for a difficult overnight stay. Convenient to ballpark

Close to university after the game, friendly staff, clean

Nice place and friendly staff for the price worked well for us as close to campus and our daughters condo

Will not be going back customer service was very bad and the hotel altogether was not clean the breakfast was bad and you was watch over at breakfast like a child

I chose this hotel because of it's convenience to I-59. The first pleasant experience was with the desk clerk when I checked in. The clerk was friendly, professional and very helpful. It was late and I was looking for an over-the-counter medication. He gave excellent directions to a nearby store. An acceptable continental breakfast, but an over-lording chef made it a little stressful. Room was clean and updated. Overall, a good place for a stopover on a long trip.

Had to arrive late and placed in Handicapped room. Shower floor was sticky. Several items in room needed repair.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and large room. Free breakfast was good in the morning.

In town for a football game with the family. Nice, clean room, friendly staff and an impressive breakfast.

Unable to provide clean linens, overbooked and did not have the room we reserved. Floorboards in room were so warped by the leaking AC unit that it was a tripping hazard.

Suited our needs for a quick college visit. Friendly desk staff.

We stayed while visiting UA. Had a very positive experience. Clean and comfortable.

I was only staying one night while passing through town. My bathroom had hair in the floor. The toilet wasn't caulked & affixed the rhe floor (it would literally move from side to side). Lamp shade was crooked...just a ridiculous room. Especially for the rate!

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the room had hard wood floors. I will stay here again.

Great location to visit 'Bama and spacious rooms have hardwood floors.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also convenient. We'd stay again.

The hotel was Clean and comfortable. Right off highway. Easy access.
