There was no hot water for the duration of my stay, my toilet flooded in my room, the air conditioning in my first room didn’t work. There were spiders & cobwebs everywhere which indicated a lack of cleaning of the room which resulted in my getting bitten by a venomous spider in multiple parts of my body whilst I stayed there and caused me an allergic reaction.

The apartment was spotless very well maintained everything worked properly.the beds and linen were extremely comfortable. The pools and lounge area on the roof were very well done. We had a very good time up there a few nightsMy family and I had a excellent stay

We had a good stay with some major caveats. First, this is more of an apartment complex than a hotel. It seems like the occupancy was low so they decided to rent units. So, the units that are for hotel guests are all on the first floor and lack privacy. Second, this isn’t a typical hotel stay as you can’t get extra linens, towels, or housekeeping without a cost. The free breakfast only operates sometimes, and the meal itself is subpar (pre-toasted bread and a piece of fruit). Pro is that it’s in a great location between the beach and downtown, so if you have a scooter it’s easy to get around. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t a terrible stay. Somewhere in the middle!

Smart Depas is a practical stay with a nice space (kitchen, fridge, microwave, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with balcony) for those who will not spend much time in. Mostly for showering and sleeping as it doesn’t provide many amenities such as basic stay needs like shampoo, soap, lotion, extra sheets, etc. Jacuzzis are clogged, and broken, so we weren’t able to use it which was a big disappointment. Kitchen pans and pots were broken as well, unsafe to use. Rooftop is really nice with several rest areas and pools with accesible restrooms. Bed was comfortable. You can get around by bike or walking. Overall a safe, functional space. Staff is nice. There’s a coffee shop and a restaurant across the street with lots of choices and a pharmacy right next to the property.

Hidden gem! It’s like a small community offering like 35 specious one bed apartments with an outdoor tub in each unit and an infinity pool and grills on the rooftop. Very calm and chill, perfect for long stay as well; you park outside of the property on the street if you don’t mind.

It was good, the only thing I did not like was that the guard charged us extra 500 pesos to guarantee a parking spot, as he said it was not included but the reservation showed it was.

Pas de petit déjeuner le premier jour car pas de cuisinier le dimanche (alors que nous avions payé et que personne nous as prévenu). Plus d’eau dans la chambre le deuxième jour et une réceptionniste qui donne l’impression d’être aidante mais absolument pas ! Elle a juste gardé très hypocritement le sourire et n’a absolument pas agis… Jacuzzi dans la chambre non fonctionnel et beaucoup de bruit en pleine nuit. Je ne recommande pas

Las instalaciones donde se encuentran los apartamentos son fantásticas con un montón de piscinas y áreas para tomar el sol e incluso hacer parrillas. Los apartamentos en si también son cómodos, pero faltarían algunos accesorios más en la cocina como sartenes por ejemplo, y añadiría limpieza en estancias cortas ya que nosotros estuvimos ocho días y no limpiaron,en el apartamento no hay útiles suficientes para limpiar y no merece la pena comprarlos por tanto poco tiempo. Especial mención merecen los desayunos de Raúl en el snack bar,preparados con cariño y atención,sin duda marcan la iferencia. También fue muy agradable la clase de yoga que tomamos con Maura el viernes,que ofrecían de manera gratuita. En cuanto a la zona aunque está un poco apartada hay restaurantes,cafés y supermercados a 5 minutos. Repetiría sin duda.
