This guesthouse unit is an attached apartment that is built on to the back side of the front house. It is a completely separate and private apartment from the front house, but it does share a common wall that is near soundproof. If you are concerned about this please reach out to us with questions or refer to the reviews to see that others love the space and enjoy the great setup!

The full size laundry in the garage is shared with the front unit who accesses the laundry through the garage door.

Inside quiet hours hours: 10pm-8am (strictly enforced) since this guesthouse is attached to the main house. No inside music or loud noise at this time, TV noise is fine if at a reasonable volume. Backyard (outside) talking and noise is also fine but music must be off.

No illicit drug use sales are permitted on or near the property.

No smoking indoors. Do not leave cigarette remains on the ground outside.

No parties.

Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash when outside of the apartment or outside of the Dog Park, while on property grounds. Pick up all pet remains. Be respectful of other people and pets on the property, you are responsible for your pet and the actions of your pet in response to other people and pets.

Pets Continued: If your cat is known to scratch items, a couch cover must be brought and placed over the couch during your stay. If your dog is known to urinate inside they must be kenneled when you are not home. If your cat is known to urinate or spray inside, they are disqualified from being an allowable pet, if found that this is occurring your reservation will be immediately canceled.

Do not move furniture inside the apartment.

Parking: Park under the covered carport by the garage or on the street out front and walk in through the rolling gate.

Other house rules:

Do not turn the AC below 68degrees, it will freeze the unit causing it to blow ambient air.

Do not use Draino, report a clog right away so we can send our handyman.

Check-out:

Empty all food and drink even unopened items along with all trash. Please empty the trash into the dumpsters by the front of the garage.

Air conditioning should be turned to 72 degrees at checkout.

Ensure all lights (except for the front porch light which stays on) are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout and all television remotes are placed back on nightstands or table in each room.

House must be broom swept/vacuumed at checkout, dishes washed and left to dry on the counter.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.

This guesthouse is ATTACHED to the main front house (Unit A). Because of this there are shared walls between the two units. Small amounts of noise can be heard between the two so noise should be kept down during waking hours and the quiet hour policy of 10pm-8am is strictly enforced.

The guest understands that this guesthouse is attached to another structure and that small amounts of noise can possibly be heard through the walls.
