Hotel is old but very clean. Staff member that checked us in was distracted with another issue and gave us bad directions to our room so took us a little longer to find it. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very friendly.

Highest Marks! Staff and facilities were spot on! Safe and quaint property Close to shopping

I chose this based on location. That was fine. The carpets look like they haven’t even been vacuumed or cleaned since they were installed. Fridge in room didn’t work. Walls are so thin you hear everything. I had the unfortunate experience of staying while there was a cheer competition or something that had every room booked with hyper teenage girls. My second night, it was St. Patrick’s night. I was awoken at 2:00am with the celebration brought back to the room above mine. Both nights of my stay I got no rest. Even with earplugs. I will try to not stay here again due to noise, and the floors. Also, there is a dispensary for medical marijuana in the shopping center this place is in. That was ... interesting.

Hotel is old and lacking insulation so you can hear every movement of plumbing and conversation of neighboring rooms. The garden by our Room was under construction and the exterior and rooms look in need of an update. The breakfast was 4 out of 5 stars and the dining Room area and pool area were nice

An excellent hotel on based on cost. Clean, pleasant staff close to Canyon Rec. areas. Excellent restaurants near bye. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay. The courtyards were beautiful. The pool was fun. The room clean and spacious. The staff was write friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service from Will at the front desk. He was accommodating and helpful, and gave great restaurant recommendations. I also saw him deal very professionally with an unruly guest.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Happy hour was nice, inexpensive beer and wine and free snacks. The location was good for us. If you have to be downtown or at the University of Arizona, the location might not be the best. If you are looking for a reasonably inexpensive place to stay, this is a good option.

Do not stay here. There is trash everywhere and it is rough.

The staff was very friendly. The room rates were reasonable and they had a nice little breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay there the bed was comfortable. Lisa was very nice.

The room we had was a king bed with sofa sleeper. I'm 5'2 & that sofa sleeper was small. My toes hung off the end. But my girls & I get a hotel room every to do our family Christmas wrapping. The room works well for this with all the room we had. Restaurants all over near by made it easier to manage our relaxation time too.

Friendly staff and good value. I liked the hotel layout though the room numbering was kind of odd.

This hotel surpassed my expectations for a weekend working getaway where I needed to focus on finishing a project. Staff was excellent.

Late check in. Entered room, looked nice...comfortable. Shower did not drain. Requested service for next morning to clear. It was taken care of. Our stay was for four nights. The do not disturb tab was on the floor when we arrived. I left it lay. It stayed in the same spot our entire stay along with a dust bunny. Don't think maid service vacuums.

Excellent location. Great staff! Unfortunately they did not have rules for age in the hot tub. Young kids in the hot tub at night was sickout aging for use.

Two day stay visiting relatives, great location, fast internet, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Will stay here again.

Hotel was just perfect four needs. We arrived at 4:00 am, due to airline issues, and the staff was just wonderful.

The hotel is in a shopping center. I have to say I had an uneasy reservation on stay next to a shopping center. But the area to my surprise was quiet. I wanted a place to stay right after visiting my family for Thanksgiving and a centrally located place to do my Black Friday shopping. The staffing was very curtious. The room spacious and VERY clean. The continental breakfast was fresh. I enjoyed my stay so much. I'm getting ready to do another reservation for my 2 daughters and myself for our annual "mom and daughter" time.

My room was quiet and comfortable. They have both firm and soft pillows, and this helped me sleep comfortably. There is a small business center, which was helpful for my needs. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel has a decent breakfast which is free. I plan to stay there again.
