The staff was friendly polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient

Business center wasn't working, the complementary breakfast is only coffee, bread and cereal. The bedroom was a no smoking and it had smoke stains on the sink, the shower had stains as well. Good location tho

The location is convenient, the landscaping attractive with local plants and the hotel staff all courteous and pleasant to interact with.

Buildings are showing their age, but rooms are clean, staff is friendly, motel is easy on-off from freeway. Overall a good experience.

The property was very clean and in good working order considering how old the building is.

The shower was terrible, the handle to set water from bath to shower came off and squirted all over the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and clean, floors were not clean, frig buzzed so we unplugged it and there were not enough towels in the room for the number of people we reserved for.

It had a gross smell and the room was dirty. I would not stay here again

Scary place. Right off the freeway. Very seedy condition and clientele. I stayed one night and left the next morning. I’m a single woman and did not feel safe.

1. The Exhaust Fans in the bathroom were not working at all, which made standing and using toilet and shower very uncomfortable because of steam and heat etc. * I tried and the office restroom Exhaust Fan was also not working. 2. Couples of electric outlets on the walls were not working. 3. Airconditioner was locked on certain level that increasing the cooling level was impossible. 4. Mini Fridge's one leg was missing and moved/wobbled every time try to open the door, 5. Bed's metal frame was sticking out about nine inches and was safety hazard. I tipped over once while going toward the AC. * However, it was fixed next day after reporting the incident. 6. There were broken glasses, cans, other trash north side of the parking lot area. 7. The quality of the breakfast was not at the same level you see in other similar hotels and/or most other better managed Ramada locations. NOTE: All the above problems were reported to the Desk Clerks during two nights stay as well as at the time of check out. ** WE STAYED from May 11th to 13th, 2018 (in a two queens beds room # 262) at "RAMADA LIMITED TUCSON WEST" LOCATED AT 665 NORTH FREEWAY, TUCSON ARIZONA Telephone 520-622-6491.

Watch your selection. I didn't realize I ordered a smoke room. Disgusting

Checked in for the weekend with my family. The staff were pleasant. The continental breakfast was light and the area it was served was crowded. The building reminded me of hotel stays from the 1980s.

We booked a total of 5 rooms because were in town for a family event (2 of the rooms were mine). Upon check in we were surprised to learn that our rooms were still not ready, despite arriving after 5 pm. My grandmother arrived shortly after I did and we were surprised to find out there was no elevator at the property. We requested a first floor room so that my elderly grandmother did not have to walk up the flights of stairs, but the only ones available REEKED of cigarettes. My grandma decided she'd just take the 2nd floor unit. When the lady was trying to find an available room, she kept cussing because she wasn't able to find a room. I was in shock to hear a customer service rep talk like this in front of hotel patrons, but then thought it might just be more laid back in Tuscon. That changed once I seen her interact with some teenage kids who were in the lobby (on the computer). I guess were bugging her because they kept asking for stuff, but she started yelling at them and pushing them out of the door. She explained that they weren't, that they're long term residents. I was shocked that she would behave this way in front of guests. Unfortunately, that's not the only thing wrong with this hotel. They gave us 2 towels in each room (for 3 people). We asked for more, but they said there was no more towels. The pillows were lumpy and so bad that my kids and I woke up with a stiff neck and they had no more. One room smelled like mold and had duck taped walls.

Old, furniture needed replacing. Seemed like a good place for a drug deal, not that I would know.

Good location right next to freeway and relatively quiet. No too far from downtown or u of a campus. The room was ok. Nothing fancy but nothing bad.

Good nothing bad, just the bed not good Good nothing bad, just the bed not good Good nothing bad, just the bed not good

Friendly staff upon arrival and room was clean but a little dated. Bed comfortable which is a must we all agree. Convenient to downtown for our activity that was planned.

The shower was disgustingly dirty; a used wash cloth was left in the shower even. The sheets had stains on them too. Overall, the entire room was dirty. The one plus was the staff; they were pretty nice. Free breakfast was Ehhh at best. And we were kept up all night by 2 woman who were SCREAMING at each other at 3 in the morning. Now I understand that is out of the Hotel's control, but it didn't help with the experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save the money and go to a motel 6.

The staff was helpful but the rooms were just okay and the walls were thin, you could hear people in the next room. I would not stay there again even though the price was inexpensive.
