Staff and especially housekeepers are very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and housekeepers knew that I worked overnight so they would wait until I came out and I would let them know I would need cleaning they already know who I am and they deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work thank you housekeepers you deserve a raise

Arrived to check in late at night, and two sketchy guys were just hanging out in the parking lot, right by our hotel room. Asked the manager if we can get moved to a different room due to the guys and she says that they are guests and one of them is upset because his gf broke up with him. Whatever. We head to our new room and the guys have moved to our new spot. I turned right back and told the manager nevermind and that we were leaving. She apologizes and says that they’ve already called security to deal with them. Why would they call security on guests at the hotel? The whole situation just seemed off so we decided to just leave, even if it meant that we didn’t get our money back. Ended up at a much safer and nicer hotel, even though we had to pay for it.

Housekeepers are great people and they took care of my room great job they deserve to be recognized the only problem I had was the upstairs people were noisy and I didn’t have enough good sleep I had to work 16 hours the next day and didn’t get enough sleep otherwise I would have been great
