The only benefit is the location off of the interstate. The property is poorly maintained, unsavory people in the area, and the swimming pool was disgusting. I spoke to the property manager and then filed a complaint with Wyndham the parent company. No one takes responsibility. I would have been better off camping someplace.
Nice and a convenient location, we’ll be back
I am a truck driver and was hoping to get a nice bath or shower in before I met my new grandson. There is absolutely no water pressure it trickles out. The toilet constantly was getting plugged up I guess that’s why they provided a plunger in the room. Couldn’t get a hold of office once I was checked in.
The property was ok it was the coffee maker and microwave that couldn't have worked both were located by a plug that could have never reached the plug due to the construction of the counter, other than that the room was nice.
after taking a shower I noticed there were no towels, I called the front desk and the guy laughed at me saying "we don't have any more towels". After a bit more conversation he had admitted he could bring me up one towel?!?. After I dried off using a sheet I tried to turn on the TV and it was not working. At this point, I did not feel like calling the front desk to be laughed at again. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

We found stains on the comforters and bed bugs. We left.
I got in at 7;30 in evening after 2 days of competition. Sheets had cigareete holes in them, lights didnt work next to door, had to fumble around. heater had broken switches so you couldn't make it work properly. toilet flapper valve not maintained so toilet ran leaking sound all night. TV wouldnt work, called fiddled, was suppose to call a cable company , final got a channel to work 1 ...! couldnt change channels got up this am to take a hot shower. NO SOAP , SHAMPOO and Conditioner.....nothing....so no shower if you dont at least have soap. General demeor was funky. Went to breakfast...they had a cereal dispenser, coffee and thats it. Very weird since the room cost 90 a night. Other than that perfect ...it was a dump
Shouldn't have gotten a smoking room. Room smelled terrible
As usuall the pool and hottub were down with a sighn that says chemical treatment I do pools for a living it’s neglect and the sighns evidently been their for months seems to be a common thread for the last 6 supers8’s in 3 states I’ve stayed at None have been super won’t be using this hotel or these hotels again sorry not sorry
I was assigned to a 2 queen room that was already occupied. I was reassigned to a king with a fold out bedr and the fold out was broken. There were no towels available - period. I was told thy were expecting a shipment soon. I was given 4 floor mat type towels instead of regular towels. There was a guy who sat in front of his room without a shirt drinking and probably doing drugs too for 3 days. On the third day, he accosted and threatened me so I checked out a day early and moved to another hotel. The room was clean enough, the price was very fair. If you are taking kids- this is not a good hotel for that.

Dear Rene, Thank you for taking your time to write the review. We have fixed the swimming pool issue and currently the local authorities are working diligently in our area. Thank you again.
