We had a great stay! I would give five stars but patrons should be aware that if you stay on the first floor, the ceiling above is paper thin. We heard every foot step and it sounded as though there was a rugby game being played at times. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was just a short drive to the entrance of Bryce Canyon. I would stay here again, though it would have to be on the second floor.

From the easy check in to delicious breakfast, everything was amazing. A quiet stay with neat accommodations. Only down side but not the properties fault is limited dinner dining options in the town of Tropic due to restaurants closed.

delightful b and b. we stayed at the cottage and it had everything we needed, including our own washer/dryer. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed meeting the proprietor. highly recommend this b and b when visiting the area.

Family Vibes and Home Sweet Home

The bed and breakfast was lovely with a modern farmhouse aesthetic. The sliding barn doors added to the appeal. It was calm, relaxing, and clean. They had a washer and dryer available for use for free which was perfect. The breakfast (pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, fruits, yogurt, and oatmeal) had something for everyone. My daughter fell in love with the homeade Apple Cider Syrup. It is a definite must have. I especially liked the warmth and feeling like I was family. It was truly special to see deer right outside at the end of the driveway just grazing. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in a place that makes you feel like family then this is it.

Amazing spot in Tropic

Great spot in Tropic! We stayed 2 nights. Great room. Bed was comfortable and everything was readily available. Breakfast was great! Would recommend / stay again when in Tropic!

A home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The host sent our room code early via email along with offering a coffee bar and yogurt in the front room. There is laundry available for guests during certain hours. Breakfast is made fresh for you in the morning. Bacon, eggs, and pancakes with homemade syrup. The dining room table was nice for using a computer, writing cards, etc. We will definitely stay again if we're near Bryce.

This bed-and-breakfast was centrally located to tour Bryce Canyon, and surrounding areas. The breakfast was delicious. It was nice to hang around with other travelers and discuss their travels during breakfast. My cabin was very spacious and well decorated. My only complaint is that it was not as clean as I would like. You had to wash your towels before you left and strip the bed. I also got a cleaning fee at the end which I was not expecting. I would recommend this essentially located and a great breakfast.

I’m upset to say that although my stay at the property was nice the owners over charged me two times. I reached out more than once to settle this as to why and was not contacted back. It’s upsetting to hear a family run business would decide to take money from those who stay with them without explanation. It doesn’t seem worth the money taken to have an upset customer. I will not be staying with them again.

This is a nice place to stay in Tropic which is 20 minutes from Bryce. Tropic is a small town with limited services. The choices of restaurants and their foo were far better than we expected.

Great stay convenient to Bryce Canyon. Property is older but nicely fixed up for the most part. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated many of the extra touches in the room and common areas. Water in the shower changed temperature frequently. Breakfast was good. Free access to a washing machine was very much appreciated! Self checkin and out was easy and smooth.
