You will love this BRAND NEW Luxury Modern Farmhouse with 1600 sq feet, dramatic vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 10 minutes from downtown TC, this home is steps from the famous paved Tart Trail bike path, and only 1/2 mile from beautiful East Bay beaches. Down a long-winding driveway tucked in the woods with floral landscape and grassy yard, this house awaits it's guests for a vacation of a lifetime!

House is right around the corner from the Traverse City Tart Trail, which is a paved bike trail running from Acme (east side of town) through downtown TC and continuing all the way up to Suttons Bay with many restaurants, shopping, and beaches along the path.

Our home has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen including blender, toaster, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, vegetable steamer, and crockpot. Kitchen has quartz countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Living room and master bedroom have flatscreen smart TVs.
Wifi, and cable included. There's even a full-size grill and patio with seating.

When you want to head to the beach, we've got you covered. We've stocked the house with a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys! :)

Ride your bike down the bike trail to several restaurants ~ even mini golf!, 1/4 mile from convenience store / pizza place, 3.5 miles to Vasa Trail, less than a mile to Mount Holiday ski resort which includes snowboarding, skiing, and tubing. It's only a 1.5 hour drive to Boyne Mountain Ski Resort and 45 minutes to beautiful Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. There's even a Walgreens 1/2 mile from our front door.

There's lot for families to do, including playing mini-golf or climbing the world-famous Sleeping Bear Dunes. (featured on Good Morning America). We're right around the corner from Woodlands, which serves Moomer's ice cream. (voted best ice cream in America!) Even go back to the 1950s and stop in for a double-feature at the Cherry Bowl drive-in theatre or spend a rainy day playing laser tag or bowling.

In the mood for a day trip? Take a drive north and hop on the ferry to historic Mackinac Island, named one of the best islands in the world by the 2018 Conde Nast Traveler’s “Reader’s Choice Awards.”. Earlier this year the island was voted the #1 hottest U.S. destination for summer travel by TripAdvisor.

What a great area we have up north! Outdoor recreation enthusiasts can choose from both summer and winter sports in abundance! When you need a break from the outdoors, you can take in a film at the downtown State Theatre (which was restored to it's former glory), tour a lighthouse, or visit one of our many art galleries. Stroll through our pulsing downtown shopping district or stop into the shops, galleries and restaurants at the historic Grand Traverse Commons. Feel like exploring your inner-chef? We have a second-to-none farmer's market held every Wednesday and Saturday right in our own downtown. Love this home!

We loved staying at this home! It is beautiful and clean. We felt immediately at home. There was plenty of room for the two families to spend time together. It is a great location. We went to the Dunes and Glen Arbor one day. We enjoyed the beach and shopping downtown another day. Jenn was wonderful. She is very welcoming and quick to respond. This house is gorgeous! We came for a girls weekend and had 7 girls in the house. It was bigger than expected and extremely clean tidy and well stocked with everything we would need. We loved having a bon fire at sunset in the newly paved bonfire area. Gorgeous wooded setting very close to traverse city downtown area, wineries, and torch lake which we rented a boat at! Wonderful weekend this house made the weekend so special!

House has everything you need and a great location!

We came with four adults, one child and two infants. The house has everything we needed and was well stocked. The beach was a short bike ride and downtown TC is an easy 15 Minuten drive away. Beautiful home and property

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. House was very clean and modern and so cute. There was a well stocked kitchen and even local info and a basket of snacks for us at checkin. Great selection of fun games to play! There were plenty of towels and even beach towels for our use. Location was perfect for exploring the area yet on a quieter street. We saw wildlife every day in the yard including bunnies, a deer fawn, and black squirrels. A seemingly trivial detail but we really appreciated that someone came and moved the outdoor trash bins out to the road on trash day then later returned them to the area by the house and we never even saw it happen! We have stayed in lots of rental homes and this was one of the best that we have stayed in! We would definitely return and highly recommend! Thanks so much!
