The room very acceptable typical 3*. The reception staff very rude and ignorant. On check-in waited for another guest who had discrepancy with his room. The 2 young female on reception started slagging him off to each other and initially ignored us. Then as they were still in conversation casually gave us form to fill in. Very unprofessional should have seen to us and then talked about the incident when were we gone. Also everytime we passed reception, which was a very small area, when it was manned nobody said good morning, hello, good afternoon etc even though we were the only people passing, just completely ignored us. Again very unprofessional. The hotel very pleasant but reception staff need further training on etiquette
