Overall a good hotel, but the walls were PAPER thin. I could hear every single sound from the room next to me. This was disrupting to my sleep and made it feel like I also have no privacy in my room. I don't plan on staying here again.

I booked a smaller room as traveling solo and loved the economy of movement that included all the amenities that I required. which I appreciate in life. Clean, staff helpful not overly friendly and warm though. ( i spent 39 years in hospitality) but did their job promptly. Clean room yes.

The rooms and common areas are modern and very clean. The staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Union Hotel is a great place to stay near the heart of Toronto.

Very clean, wonderful staff, perfect location. A tiny room but all that I needed at a reasonable price. The only meh was the very loud hbac system. Once I finally figured out how to turn it off, i got some peace. Would def stay here again.
