The Sheraton is great! It is right on the airport premises and so catching our early morning flight was easy peasy. Although there was a short line up at check in, our check in itself was very efficient. The lobby was large and bright and had a comfortable seating area too. Our room, on the third floor faced the LINK rail and it was moderately noisy, not going to lie. The room itself was very clean and nicely appointed. When we tried to turn on the tv, it didn’t work. I called guest services and they promptly arranged for the hotel engineer to come up to our room and within about 10 minutes he sorted out the issue. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Water pressure in the shower was really good and the water was hot! Overall, our experience at the Sheraton was fantastic.

Due to our flight being delayed we checked in quite late (2:00 am). The room we booked was unavailable so we were put in an upgraded room for no extra cost and given access to the lounge for a very nice breakfast. Rooms were very clean and staff were great. Pricy place to stay but extremely convenient if there for a layover at YYZ.
