Very clean and organized hotel. There were several little details that I appreciated such as the slippers, Keurig and toiletries that made our stay more enjoyable.

The salt water pool was amazing. So relaxing with the waterfall feature and the service was impecable! Although a little pricey, we enjoyed our stay.

Being so clean with a harboir view
The staff is really friendly. The gentleman at the check-in was really helpful and had a really good attitude. Breakfast was really good with plenty of food options. The servers were extremely courteous and not in a hurry to remove the food. They kept on asking us if we needed anything else before they remove the breakfast to set up for lunch.

Arrived at 5:00PM and was told room was not ready. We were offered a temporary room as we had a charity event to get ready for which was not ideal since we had to pack up half way and move to our actual room and finish getting ready. The reason we chose the property was its location to the MTCC. Elevators smelled of cigarette smoke as well.
The hotel is beautiful! Great service from the staff. Everyone was so great to interact with. We also loved the pool. A great place for a family vacation to Toronto.
