Our stay for one night at Hotel X was most comfortable and we will certainly consider coming back.
I would like to bring to your attention a matter of utmost importance. Having parked our vehicle on B1 we needed access to the disability lift to reach the lobby. We used the hotel phone by the lift to have an attendant unlock it, but no one answered. After 10 minutes of waiting, and with significant challenges with travel bags and a crutch, we took the stairs.
At the end of our stay, returning to the car, we were faced with the same problem, only this time the attendant came to unlock the lift, but the lift itself did not work. We again faced the challenge, this time up the stairs, with travel bags.
To prevent injury and extreme inconvenience, we cannot stress the importance of treating this matter as urgent and rectifying the problem without delay.
