Staff were amazing and so were the accommodations. Didn’t eat breakfast since we got in late at 4 am due to our flight, but they helped us out by extending our checkout to 1pm. Great hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hilton. After landing, I realized I had lost my wallet and was then refused check-in because the hotel required a deposit—even though my room had already been fully paid for. I spoke with two managers, Joy and Carl, who showed no willingness to understand the situation. I explained that I have been a Hilton Honors member for several years, but they dismissed this and repeatedly told me it “meant nothing” because I had booked through a third party. To make matters worse, when I requested a cancellation—given that they were unable to honor a reservation I had already paid for—they refused. They insisted that Expedia had to send a written email explaining that my wallet was lost, even though Expedia had already called the hotel twice. Joy still refused to proceed without an email, stating that this was “policy.”

What a great place to stay! Right in the heart of downtown Hamilton. So much was in walking distance. The place is so unique and had everything we needed to get ready with my bridesmaids. Very cool spot and very clean. Check-in was easy too.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and thankfully, it was a short trip. From the moment we checked in, there were some concerning issues. As soon as we entered the elevators, there was a very strong and unmistakable smell of cigarettes—even though the hotel floors are supposed to be smoke-free. When I got to my room, I noticed visible stains on the walls, and the towel in the bathroom had an odd stain on it as well. While the bathroom itself appeared generally clean, the tub didn’t look very well-maintained, and the shower curtain had a medium-sized red stain. Overall, the room felt far from clean or welcoming. Not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
