Mosaic, the bar and restaurant at the Hilton Toronto Airport, was exceptional, in terms of food and customer service! When we asked Edward for a special request, he was able to make it happen, and we had a fantastic meal. Everything was delicious here! In addition to Edward, every staff we encountered from the front desk to the bar, was friendly, helpful and genuinely kind. This makes a huge difference in the quality of your trip!
It was fine
The AC in my first room didn't work and the one in my second room was so loud that I barely slept. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the hallway. The staff are wonderful, though. Thoughtful and pleasant.
Since I booked with Orbitz, they wouldn't give me points for my Hilton account. The restaurant was really expensive and there weren't many other food options nearby.
It was a very comfortable place to stay. The fitness area was great. They had a large pool, enough exercise equipment and even a small basketball and squash court. The only disappointment was that there were no bottles of water in the room, not even for purchase and. None in gym for workout since the cooler was down. Of course it was available in lobby area. It was just a minor inconvenience.
A terrible noise all night long made sleeping very difficult.we. Had to change rooms but still a problem. We think it could have been the elevator but not sure
Got in late. Room was ice cold. Heater did not work. Said they were sending up someone to fix. Waiting a long time and called to cancel as we were tired. Disappointed.
A lot of wait time to check-in.

We had a canceled flight so had to spend a night here. The place is okay but needs new carpet, paint, etc.
