Room was very good. Taps in Shower and Basin are leaky. Informed front desk to get fixed as money is wasted and causes damages. Also it is nuisance to the patron. Funny I found out some of the staff in breakfast area on 20th December 25 does not even greet you with a smile. I do not want to name anybody but first thing in the hospitality industry should be smiling face and greeting with enthusiasm. I have lived and travelled around the world, so it hurts to see people close to home have this kind of attitude. Overall all other staff was very nice and cordial. Due to work load in this area I did not spend much time in the property but it was a pleasant stay. Thanks
