Both ice machines do not work on either floor. This was extremely inconvenient. The pool is never in service. The elevator smelt very strange and off putting. Pigeons nesting all around property. Room was good, but small things add up.

It was OK

The stay was alright, didn't get a chance to try the food, the comfort was good through, room was clean, however service was not that good, didn't have any issues but the staff wasn't very friendly. Also the way to get in is kind of complicated.

The picture or the website is when they build the complexe cuze now its nasty and many services not offert like the pool is not working no more they use it for storage and the gym doesnt exist no more its a laudry room and storage. They have rochies im the building and room. I told the guys at the reception he ask me for picture.. i said i dont have a picture. He asked me where i saw it my boyfriend saw one on the microwave so we went to take the elevator to tell the respomsable and saw an ogher one walking on the coner or the frame door. The guy at the reception told me sometime its come from the sink... euuu no way sir you know you have that problem but doesnt care about it. And the beautiful picgure of the corner beakfast doesnt work no mors you need to ask fie your bown bag school lunch with a yougourt ,a muffin ,a box juice and a feozen sandwich. This hotel should be a 2 or 1 stars and i'm not a picky person.

Good times

ive always liked the Est. im not one to complain about shady characters as dome of my acquaintances tell me about Est, but im openmknded and feel all people are wqual regsrdless of their plught in life. we all have a story snd do do the “less desirable”. Est’s overall look in both the outside (except parking area) and lobby area and the rooms, the hallways ard really well designed. great job. i understand the Daas (i think thats thd spelling) family built and maintain it and want to commend then got their vision. which appears to be “brjnging a little miami vibes to Toronto! love the Est and tell snyone seeking that same vibe, to go there. we had the misfortune of being in a house fire 3 years ago sbd subsequently made the Est our home fir two months. good times. it will aleays feel a bit like a home away from home. pesce!

The pigeons are insane in the front of the property.the amount of bird poop on the ground and on the cars is outrageous. You will need a wash everyday. They have a sewage issue.the smell was extremely potent in the elevator.the have no gym.no ice.no pool. The sink in the room was leaking. Its an ok stay but honestly only use this spot as last resort. And to be charging a 200 deposit, meanwhile a better hotel is $50 deposit is insane. The morning female employee.her attitude sucks and she moves weird when you ask her for thing .i have been saying this for 3 years. And i NEVER see any free breakfast.the location is great.love the free parking minus the pigeons. The male front desk staff is cool. The house keepers are nice and friendly. But they need to do better.

I booked 2 queen bed, good for 4 studio, they gave me one. The bed was not properly made. There are wrinkles in the bed which I assume it was not properly cleaned. There is a perfume smell in the room, which is not the typical “smell”. There is a breakfast included, packed in a brown bag. Very convenient. Front desk is always busy. I have an issue with my room, promised to call me, didn’t happen.

First glance hotel seems ok. Closer look rooms are in poor condition. Bed was broken, shower drain clogged and fills with water. Bare minimum wyt towels and toilet paper 1 towel for room at 2 people. Was moved to a new room but it smells like dog urine. Had to deal because they were booked. Toilet seat broken, cobwebs spider webs on ceiling, spiders creaking on bed. tub/tiles cracked up and stains on carpet. Ugh would never stay or recommend again. Staff was helpful with switching room though and the to assist with carpet cleaning for urine smell.

Looking at the reviews I was slightly concerned, the males working at this location are kind and welcoming. Let us check in early, night staff kinda ignored us and watched a movie on her phone well we were trying to purchase things, location wasn’t bad and overall was a nice decent place for the price.
