Designer-renovated 1 bedroom in Roncesvalles Village
Great location in the heart of Roncesvalles Village, with proximity to local parks, the waterfront, and multiple transit options that can get you downtown in 30 to 45 minutes.
We've worked together with a designer to renovate the lower level of our century home into a comfy, snug and warm place that it is today, with 8-foot ceilings. Lots of light, full kitchen, and a relaxing soaker tub are some of the perks. Located in family-friendly neighbourhood and within walking distance of Little Tibet, Little Italy, Polish area, and High Park. Nearby (20 minute walk) to the Exhibition Place (home of the CNE, Royal Winter Fair, and other festivals), where you will find our soccer and football stadium.
We've worked together with a designer to renovate the lower level of our century home into a comfy, snug and warm place that it is today, with 8-foot ceilings.
