clean room and friendly staff. we stayed their twice. breakfast is nice as well. the only thing i can think of is the hotel could set a friendly reminder for all the guests that they should not wear nightgowns and sleepers to the dinning room for breakfast.

The suite was spotless and well appointed. The staff, right down to the sevurity guards were so friendly and helpful. Yhe reception vlerk was absolutely the perfect combination of friendly and professional. I could not have hoped for a more pleasant experience.

The only negative point for me is not being able to control heating in your room. When we got to our room it was hot that at first i turned down the temp on the thermostat then went out for dinner. When we got back it was still hot and i was advised to just turn off the heating because apparently in the winter heating is centralized control. So all throughout our 2 days heating was off. Not good for me.

Never had a hotel require i register guests coming in after 10 PM, and have to spend $35/guest. Good luck trying to hang out with your friends without spending a fortune.
