Front staff very nice and helpful. Parking easy to navigate and reasonably priced, underground too was a plus. Room clean and nicely played out. Bedroom separated from living room area idea. Windy night and cold draft coming from window latch, but heat turned up and blinds closed still made stay comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Will stay again and hotel very reasonably priced compared to others with ideal location downtown.

Staff seamed to have a little attitude, at check in, but notably when we came down for breakfast. We paid for an executive suite which included breakfast. My Wife goes downstairs with Son and they tell her we should have gotten vouchers. She checked the computer and said it would cost 16 or 17 per person. My Wife calls me in the room and tells me the bad news... I tell her No, we purchased a breakfast, so I had to go through my Expedia details, come out the bathroom and show the two ladies at the front desk. Then they proceeded to give us our vouchers. They stressed that we have to tell them, but was upset, because why would they give my Wife an amount to buy the vouchers if they already knew their computer wasn't giving accurate info? Good customer service would've been something like "we're sorry, our system doesn't reflect a breakfast with your booking, we don't want you to pay, so try to find it on your end"...Not just saying we don't have it and quoting a price. Also, they had a bad attitude. I'm the one inconvenienced!!!!! LOL. NEVER AGAIN. There's plenty of much better places to stay like 1 King West, which isn't much more and offers better accessibility to the subway which runs under that building, just a block or two away from Cambridge. Hope their Manager coaches them, because I shouldn't have had to prove anything. In fact, they could simply mention everything to their guest at check in
