..Cramped but alright. ,

Bad: Elevators are not working at this property. Rooms are dated.. AC works partially.. soap n shampoo are cheap quality.. its more like a hostel. Good: near to downtown and has onsite parking for 10$ a day..

It was within walking distance to the Scotiabank Arena (3km) and I could use my Visa debit to reserve the room.

It was old,not well cleaned,no amenities at all. Tv didnt work, shower broken, tiny room, dusty, sticky surfaces...

Hotel is in a neighborhood close to China town and the large market, you can easily walk to restaurants. The hotel is very basic, but it has a kitchenette and the beds were comfortable.

This place is a joke. Nothing seems to work. Especially the elevator when they put you in a fifth floor room with an AC unit as load as an airplane. Even for a gold orbitz customer. Crappy!

Tucked away modern hotel with kitchenette facilities perfect for a longer stay!

Very enjoyable, close to everything. Staff was incredibly helpful when we left an item behind. They took time to mail it to us in the United States. We would gladly return to the Alexandra next time in Toronto!

1st I have to thank the staff, they were nice! The place stinks and filthy, even the linens looks unsanitary. I was not comfortable sleeping at all. So disappointed!

I thought it was a nice hotel in a good neighborhood. For me it was pretty far from the Toronto Film Festival but the cost was reasonable so that is why I picked it.

Filthy. Too disgusted to use shower.

Good privacy in a quiet area. The building is older and sometimes shows its age, but I did not have any problems with cleanliness in the room. All worked well and it was a good value given its proximity to downtown Toronto (about a 20 minute walk).

If you just need a clean play to lay your head at night this is the place. It looks like it used to be a college dormitory. It has two beds, small refrigerator, stove, dishes, desks and chairs. It was quite cosy! Staff was really nice. Gave us suggestions as to where we could purchase souvenirs at a reasonable price. We were able you walk to all attractions on our City Pass except for the zoo. No need to use your car. GREAT LOCATION AND PRICE!

This is a very basic hotel next to a nice park. I would place it below a red roof inn. You had to go to the laundry to iron shirts. The iron was hard wired into the wall and placed on a timer.

Hotel is worth for the money you have paid.Location is great.China town is at walking distance.Other tourist attraction is not so far.overall worth for the money u have paid.

Nice hotel, near to the downtown and the lake. You have parking.
