Very small room, as is common in Tokyo, but with a blind window facing a wall less than a meter away. I wish I had been told before. That said the room was well equipped, albeit easily cluttered. Breakfast was OK.

The in room washer/dryer is a fantastic option - it allows you to pack less and do more shopping. The room was very small for 2 people. The area has a lot of good food options and is walkable to the main shopping areas in GINZA. Would stay again, but would consider a bigger room.

The female front desk staff at night was a anob and a kurt. I delivered my luggage for Airporterpick up at 3:30am she was unhappy and barely wanted to help. Other staff were helpfl and accommodating.
