Great place to stay the night with nice staff and good bed. Appreciate them allowing to leave bags after checkout for some time so I could still explore Tokyo for the day without having to lug my bags to a locker to store them!

This was a great experience. I wanted to stay in a capsule hotel to have that Japanese experience. This hotel is like a hostel for millennials. Meaning there are no young teens partying or being loud. Staff were super friendly and informative. The location was right in the middle of shabuya. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants that capsule experience but not the chaos that can come along with it.

The Millennials Shibuya location is great. An easy walk from the the Shibuya station, lots of food, entertainment and shopping options close by. The staff was friendly as were the guests. There was a bit of noise as people went to sleep and woke up at different times, but everyone was respectful and it wasn't disruptive.

Possibly the slowest elevator in the world tests your patience. Kind of too crowded and overrun with noisy tourists (not the fault of the hotel). Friendly staff and the free beer hour is nice I guess. Coworking space is good for doing work. Kind of too expensive for what it is

The staff was amazing as they helped me beyond before any registration. The taller lady that seem German helped me so much as well as the Japanese girl (forgot their names) with calling my bank when I had no working phone! Love it here as always!

Center of everything, great location. To share personal space with males (strangers) right next door with no locks to my sleeping pod takes a bit of getting used to. To share bathrooms & shower rooms with males are somewhat impossible for me….

Good experience for a capsule style hotel. Was fun to try and the bed was comfortable. Showers and restrooms were good quality and kept clean. Main issue is the single elevator. Getting up and down would often take more than 5 min at a time, and it was always crowded. Overall, pretty good considering the nature of the hotel and the price.
