Everything was great. My only little gripe is that when you put the shower head to the higher position, the water shoots way out to the back wall and water could get everywhere. It’s a minor thing but if it could angle down a bit, it could avoid this

Unbeatable location just a few minutes from Shinagawa station, shopping and Dinner is convenient, the room is late 90’s design( Annex tower) little bit dirty and old, the lobby is small but updated like boutique hotel. The staff are friendly but not enough staff to serve at the check in perk hour (3pm)

The check in and out check out process was perfect! Have a luggage locker if your flight is later in the day and want to explore also! Right next to shinagawa station with everything from souvenirs for your family to a 7eleven in the same place!
