If you want to stay near Shinagawa, this is the place. Very convenient, close to the station and has enough shops and dining options near by, you won't be wanting for anything. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fabulous location. So close to Shinagawa Station. I regret not pre-purchasing the breakfast buffet. The hotel price for the buffet was 4400 yen pp but I will admit it was an outstanding buffet. We also used the smaller, Japanese Breakfast buffet- same price but only Japanese options which we thoroughly enjoyed! Hotel was pricey but its location was so worth the additional cost.

Nice hotel just outside the Shinagawa station. We had a very comfortable stay. There are lot of dining options nearby and proximity to the station is a huge plus. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend this place.

Nice, big property. A little awkward checking in to be directed to the Annex. No one met at front, cab arrival area. Brought bags to the room ourselves (6 pieces). Nice bowling alley on 2nd floor. Lots of shopping and restaurants/bar areas. Had to request front desk help with opening the safe as it would not re-open. Mentioned to the rep that came to open the safe both times this it is likely an old battery and needs changed. Also put the same info on the comments sheet by the room telephone.

It was a big hotel. There was a snaking queue for breakfast, so do allocate enough time to enter breakfast area and queue up for food. The twin room at main tower looks dated but everything is clean and maintained.
