Fantastic location & a lot to do on your doorstep

Great hotel, Phenomenal service, great breakfast (you must have the Sizzler cheese on toast), fast WiFi, room comfortable, cast to TV. Great location, sky tree, subway station and great shopping mall literally on the doorstep and direct lines to Haneda and Narita

Third and last stay

Very clean hotel with above average sized room. Although our room was spacious enough, we did not have an adequate storage space for our luggage and had to place it on the floor. Unusual sink/shower arrangement as you must draw a curtain for "privacy", which is minimal. Breakfast buffet was average and below average for western options.

The wifi did not work after 7pm the Sizzler is not good. No one told me that i paid for the shared lounge until my last day so i didn't get to use it. The air conditioner broke.
