The biggest game changer for our family was to have a functioning washer/dryer in our room. Sometimes the all-in-one machine doesn't dry well, but ours worked fine. It was also great to have a small kitchen area with a dining table, making it easy for quick meals and snacks. Three things to note: 1) eating in your room also means sorting your own trash (as is custom in Japanese households), 2) there is no free daily housekeeping, and 3) the nearest subway station is a 10-15 minute walk. Since we are avid walkers and enjoyed the apartment-style accommodations, we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Check-in and out was easy. Air-conditioning was nice, staff were helpful. Kitchen was suitable for my family and I to eat in. Close to many convenience stores which is handy. Bath and shower, washer and dryer came in handy. Is quite a walk I recommend jumping in an uber from the train station. Love this place would definitely stay again.

This is a virtual first hotel where there is no staff on site, so if you prefer having 24/7 concierge, this may not be for you. Other than that, the room is decent size for 4 people with 2 beds and 2 tatami. It is convenient located within walking distance to Donqi, Senji temple etc. Hotel is very clean as well.
