Beautiful stay with family of 5. Close to absolutely everything. Love this area of tokyo for family must stay hotel for kids and friendly neighborhoods all you need with in walking distance to everything and transportation to all areas of tokyo.

We arrived at night and the staff especially Mr ‘Suzuki’ were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Great home base for several days. The lobby has hot beverages and we were welcomed with cookies, candy, help with luggage transfers, and a manga library. Very walkable to amazing bakery, restaurants, temples, attractions and more. Our room was spacious and clean. There was a combo curling iron flat iron that was great for our hairdos before sightseeing photos. Highly recommend. Sent friends. Can’t wait to go again. Say hi to Suzuki for us - he makes you feel right at home.

The place is great if you like shopping in asakusa. Its close to senso ji temple, shopping streets, don quijote. The room is clean and they clean it everyday. There’s free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Theres a close by 7/11 store as well. They don’t have a drinking fountain to refill water bottles but they give you 2 small bottled water everyday. The only downside is that its a bit of a walk to the asakusa line going to narita airport.

It is a very clean and quiet place with a coffee machine in the lobby. The staff members are very professional, polite, considerate and patient. They will answer whatever questions you may come up with. A lady with good English skills was trying to meet me at the nearby 7-11 before my arrival. She also called a taxi for me to go the closest train station entrance with an elevator service. They only thing is that it takes about less than 15 minutes to get to the Asakusa station. If you have big luggages you might want to call a taxi, which was what I did. Room size is snug, but it is typical in Japan, especially in that very touristy area. In general, if I travel again to that area I will pick this place again without hesitation.
