Everything was good overall. The only issue was that the fan was very loud, and the temperature control wasn’t easy to use. We tried to turn the fan off but weren’t able to. We also requested a one-hour late check-out because our daughter was sick. They allowed us to stay until noon but charged 2,500 yen for the extra hour, which was disappointing given the circumstances!
