We did not use the kitchen but the laundry was a godsend. I love the air dry function on the washing machine. It would be better if there was fold out clothes airer. The other thing which was not highlighted is that at the Ueno station exit 3, there are two bridges you can cross over the railway/highway to get to the Ueno night life side(more lively and more eating eating places). Only found this out at the end of our stay)

We really enjoyed our stay in tokyo. The hotel had every thing we needed. Simple, but clean, so quiet, and the staff were lovely. So close to the station, and at night i felt totally safe. It was small, but as a family of 3 we were comfortable. The washing machine, bathtub, and kitchen were great too.

Good location

This hotel has a good location near the Ueno metro. It’s just 2 minutes walk from the station. It’s at the quiet side. Staff are helpful and responsive. Room is small (norm in Tokyo) yet well equipped with pantry and washing machine. (Though the machine in our room was not functioning properly) Convenient store is right around the corner.

Close to train stations, Ueno park, restaurants and shops but in a quiet street. Convenient to have the microwave and washing machine in the room.

Location was great, about a 5 min walk to Ueno station and the nearby Ameyoko shopping street. The hotel is a bit more hidden, on a quiet street behind the Apa Hotel. Our room had a kitchenette but was smaller. The ad said a dining table would be included but we only had a desk so it was difficult for our family to eat in the room. The front carpeted foyer smelt a bit like mold. The bathroom and toilet were separate rooms which was handy, and they were clean. Be aware not to switch off the hot water tank, my kids played with the buttons in the bath and turned off the hot water feature. Fresh towels and water bottles were available upon request. Overall the room is good but wish it was bigger and had everything listed in the description.

Overall stay was exellent it has a small kitchen, fridge and shower/tub. If you have only a party of 3 would be comfortable. If its more than 3 might be a little tight for some guests.

Good room for long stay

The room is roomy and comes with fully equipped kitchen. The down side is the washing machine do not have drying option. So, u got to hang dry your clothes. There is a fan option in the bathroom to dry your clothes

Let's start with the positive. The location close to Ueno station was perfect for us; easily accessible, but still relatively quiet. The room felt almost brand new, with no signs of wear and tear, and having the laundry machine right in the room is a big plus. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left us pretty disappointed. The sole member of staff wasn't very professional, and seemed mainly confused by the check-in process. What's worse, we didn't see a single staff member at the premises during the rest of our stay. There was no-one at the check-in counter, just a note with a phone number. With open doors, no-one at the check-in, and an elevator that didn't require a key card, anyone could have walked inside, so we didn't really feel comfortable leaving our valuables in the room. Furthermore, the room's balcony had some trash lying around, and the drying rack in the bathroom was covered in dust. Not an experience we want to go through again.

房間內地方整潔，睡床舒適，餐具及電器齊全，酒店附近有三間便利店及一間超市，酒店嚟車站非常近，非常方便，酒店職員非常友善，每逢問題都可以幫到我。 唯獨是房間內廁紙、水、紙巾、垃圾袋及添加沐浴露、洗頭水，每次都要到地下服務台領取，較不方便。
