We loved staying here. The staff were incredibly accommodating with our early check-in, the rooms are clean and modern, and it was within walking distance of the Disney line. Only complaint I have is the lack of dining variety on-site for such a large hotel, but that shouldn’t impede your decision to stay here.

The breakfast was spectacular and huge. Coffee was so good and kids loved the kids food station. The hotel is spectacular. Better than disney hotels in my opinion and free bus to disneyland (local station). Clean. Beautiful. Amazing staff.

Stayed at Grand Nikko for 2nights. It’s ok, it’s run down, a bit of mold here and there, whatever it’s ok. We are just there to sleep. We will be at Disney Sea and Land the whole 2days. It’s reflected in the price we paid. The part that pissed us off was the shuttle service they offer. We were supposed to take the shuttle service from Bayside st back to the hotel. We finished early and left at 2:15pm. Rainy and cold day, we called it a day. Before our ride back to the hotel, my child gave my toddler a hard candy. Therefore my toddler was chocking on it. When we noticed, we took out a ziploc bag to make her spit or throw up the hard candy. My toddler did manage to spit out. The driver (Takara) saw us helping our kid spit out the candy, he rolled out the metal ramp and asked us to get off and walked. He told us it’s a short walk. He made extra effort because when we hopped on with our stroller, he didn’t bother to take out the ramp, yet did so to ask us off. We got off without a fuss, walked back. The walk was short, we got back to the hotel at the same time as the shuttle. But we walked in the cold, in the wind, in the rain… after a morning and early afternoon of Disney. My kids were exhausted and he told us to walk in the rain. Disney is an attraction mainly targeting kids. The hotels nearby cater to families with young kids visiting Disney. Yet this driver, instead of helping with the short ride back, told us to walk in the rain. We will never stay there ever again.

Location is really great! Only 6mins walk away from the Disney Resort train line. Room is also great as we have 1bed each for my family of 4. Disneyland fireworks at 830 every night can also be seen from our room which is a bonus.

We stayed 1 night before and after our stay at Disneyland hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming even though we do not speak Japanese. Hotel is within walking distance to Bayside station for the monorail. There is a shuttle to/from Bayside station as well. Airport limousine stops at this hotel for easy transfer to the airports.

Love how close it was to the Disney property. It was easily accessible via walking or shuttle/monorail. Stayed here with family and would definitely be coming back here again.
