The hotel property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. The service was excellent. The hotel was a short walking distance to the monorail. I would love to stay here again and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my disney trip a memorable one.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Me, my husband, two adult children and 3 children 14 and under, stayed in two of the Garden Deluxe rooms. Each room had three twin-ish beds with one trundle (although the bed with the trundle was up against the wall so we couldn’t access it). The beds are slightly wider than the American twin size. Both my 8 yo and 6 yo slept in one bed. The Hotel is beautiful- enchanting actually. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. It had an on-site Disney store- which my 8 yo and 6 yo loved. Rooms were a descent size- given in was Tokyo. It also had an on site convenience store. It is right next to the Disney Resort. And a 4 minute walk to the Disney train station. From the balcony we could catch a glimpse of the Disney fireworks show at 7:30 pm every night. We could see park attractions and even the Disney Castle. We also had views of the bay. Some down sides to the property were that the beds are very firm. It didn’t matter to us most of the time because we were so tired after exploring all day. Also, to get to Tokyo’s main attractions, from this property, we had to take at least four trains. It would take at least an hour to get anywhere and was costly for a family of seven. Food onsite was costly Also, One of the reasons that I chose this hotel is because it had a pool but I didn’t realize until too late that we would have to pay, daily for access to the pool. 2000 yen/adults and 1300 yen/child. Overall, I give it an 8/10.

I loved the property. But I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to use the pool. We already paid enough for our room, then had to pay for the pool. Not acceptable for a US person.
