Room was very very dated and did not feel clean. Bed was stiff and seemed to be about 20+ years old. Bathroom had mildew in the shower. We thought we were booking a 5-star hotel (paid 5-star prices). Do not recommend.

Very nice hotel on Tokyo Bay. Across the street from the Bayside monorail station that takes you to Disneyland and Disneysea. However, the rooms are very dated. The pink decor screams "built in 1992" and everything has 30 years of wear. Also, the beds are very cheap and hard and need replacing immediately. They are showing their age and I could hear the springs creaking when I lay down. Uncomfortable! I woke up with sore hips. I've never had this problem before with any other hotel ever. The staff were superb, but due to the dated condition and uncomfortable sleep, I would try another hotel on my next visit to Toyko Disneyland.

Rooms were clean and tidy but there was a strong musky odor because of how aged the furniture and building is. Big balls of dust found in the lifts like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Despite the cons the staff were super friendly and the location was very convenient for Disneyland and sea.

A very reputable Japanese hotel chain with a disappointed service is the simplest way to describe this hotel. The bell service did not help to load baggages in my car. The service in general was sub par at best

Fantastic huge room with amazing service and great staff. Spacious and confortable with everything you need. The location couldn’t be better, right in front of the monorail bayside station. If you are heading early to the parks, you dont need to wait for a bus to take you to the station or if you are coming back you can just cross the street and you will be at the hotel.

Had a fantastic 6 nights stay at this hotel. I was very lucky to have my room upgraded by the lovely staff without me even asking for anything, which was both a delightful surprise and an amazing experience. The hotel is part of the Disney Resorts family, which makes it very convenient if you are looking to stay close to Disney without necessarily booking the Disneyland Hotel or the Fantasy Springs Hotel. Overall I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this establishment.
