The breakfast buffet is a must before heading to Disney for the day. The ocean view is totally worth it and a great view day and night. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the monorail Bayside Station. The staff was very professional and helpful. Everything went smoothly!

Very friendly and accommodating service. The kids loved the play area as I checked in.

We stayed in one of the Celebrio rooms. The pictures that are available online do not do the rooms justice. The room was extremely spacious, with tastefully placed light-up star panels. Our room had a view of Disneyland Park, and we were able to watch the fireworks from our window. The staff was very pleasant and used to helping overseas guests. My fiance misplaced his phone in the downstairs lounge and the hotel clerk swiftly located it. There are plenty of dining locations on-site and there are a bakery and convenience store that stay open late for hungry park goers.

Staff was very helpful with all my needs. And very friendly. Very nice breakfast buffet. Could Disney offer vacation packages with longer stays? I needed to stay the whole week.

Awesome. Very clean. Close to disney/disney sea. Food is also great!

Hotel is amazing! Room is spacious and clean. I could see the main castle of Disneyland from my room. Staff was polite and helpful - answered all my questions. Only issue is you must come back early if you travelling to city otherwise yr only option is a super expensive taxi ride from the closest train station to the hotel.

The hotel is clean; friendly staff; convenient access and free shuttle to Maihama station and Ikspiari.

Literally across the street from the train station, very convenient, excellent hotel, staff and super comfy, spacious rooms! The rooms were themed for the kids so there was an "adorableness" factor. Absolutely satisfied

Very nice hotel, with great facilities (including pool and restaurants), spacious rooms, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. Too far away from the city center. It takes a shuttle bus and usually 2 types of commuter trains to get to the "touristic" areas of the city - roughly 1.5 hours. If you're into Disneyland or the Tokyo aquarium the hotel is for you.

The Hilton has a great play area for kids right near the check in counter, and the staff were really nice and helpful. Getting to the room, the drinks in the mini fridge were free (small cans of soda, two bottles of water), and they had brought up a crib (that we ended up not using). The only downside is the carpet and sofa in the room was a little more stained than I would have liked, and it's easily visible due to the light carpet color. If you're staying in the seaside view room, the light coming in when the sun is setting is quite bright, though you can close the sliding shades if it bothers you (careful of the sliding paper shades with little ones as they love to poke holes in them). I'd definitely stay again though.

The hotel was amazing and the employees were all very helpful and polite. Will come back again.

My entire stay at the hotel was Great! I would highly recommend this hotel very close to Disney and they can speak English.

Great place to stay for Disney. We got a room with 4 beds which was a bit comical but perfect for the kids and us. Fairy tale decoration was also a nice touch. quikie mart in lobby was a life saver more than once

It is cheaper to book a room at the Hilton Tokyo Bay than any other Disney hotels while the location is as good as any other hotels built next to the Disney Land and Disney Sea. One thing bothered me was that the wall paper was cheaply done and made me wonder if Hilton is having some financial difficulty. But this hilton has a convenience store where we could buy anything that we needed without paying the triple price that we usually have to pay at tourist spots or any other hotels. The rooms are quite huge, comfortable and have amazing views. If you are staying around the Tokyo Disney Land and Sea, this is the place we recommend!

I have to pay for wifi and then was told that there was no complimentary breakfast after I was told at check in there was a complimentary breakfast? So I basically paid $200 USD for a room and that is it. Had to pay $15 for wifi and $39 for breakfast,. Not very nice Hilton....

The staff was friendly, most spoke fluent English. The on site currency exchange was a huge help. The rooms were great, very similar to what you would expect in a mid-range American hotel. The bathroom was superior to most American hotels, luxury included. Proximity to Disney and access to buses was a huge plus!

The location is a bit far away from mhajor sights except Disneyland, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the next train station for JR trains to Tokyo main station. The rooms were clean and very modern and the service simply excellent. Hotel staff provided information prompt about just anything we asked, printed maps and bought even tickets for the Ghibli studios! Staff were very nice and multi-lingual, the service excelled any other hotel's service. The hotel's breakfast buffet is of good value.

The Hilton Tokyo Bay is right across from the Bayside Station which made it very convenient to get to the Disney Parks. Although we walked to and from the Station 90% of the time, the Disney Resort Bus was quite convenient as there was a resort bus dedicated to each of the resort hotels. We had asked for and received a non-smoking room; however, there did not appear to be any non-smoking floors. While our room did not smell of smoke, there were times when cigarette smoke could be smelled in the hallways, although no one was seen smoking in the public areas. One of the biggest bargains had to be the multi-day monorail pass which gave us great flexibility in returning to the hotel at different times during the day. If one has young children, the Disneyland Hotel might be a better option because of its location right next to the entrance to the park and 7:45 am admission time compared to the 8:00 am admission time for the general public.
