A great option for those wanting to stay on the Disney Resort Line for the Disney theme parks. We got a lovely spacious room for 4 with the most comfortable bed and ocean view. Staff were friendly and helpful, not much in the way of dinner options or room service at the hotel (though you can always use delivery services) but buffet breakfast was nice. Housekeeping was thorough, and the hotel shuttle bus from Maihama was handy. Would stay again!

Great hotel to visit the Tokyo Disney Resort. The monorail is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel, or they also offer a free shuttle service from outside the hotel which we utilised frequently. Great service from all the staff members. Room was very spacious and beds super comfortable. We also had a park view where you could see the fireworks in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is an amazing property and well suited for families that are attending Disney. We wanted to stay here for a different location on this trip to Tokyo, it was fairly easy to get to. The only thing I would like is that the pool stay open longer. It closed at 4:30 and we wanted to eat and relax in the warmth by the pool.

Pros: - Less than 5 minutes walk to Bayside Station on the Tokyo Disney Resort Line - Free bus shuttle services to Bayside Station and Maihama Station - There is a 24 hour convenience store in the hotel - Rooms were clean and spacious + bed was huge - Friendly staff Cons: - Hotel check-in can get a bit slow due to the amount of paperwork - Breakfast buffet was average

Great location, bathroom needs work.

Ideal location, about a five minute walk away from one of the stops on the Disney rail system. Lawson Convince store and other shops in lobby. Only issue was the bathroom had a very distinct urine smell from the start of our stay.

Took the limousine bus direct from Narita to Hilton Tokyo Bay. The check in was quick and easy and the brought our luggage up to our room within a few minutes. The room and hotel its self is very clean and modern with lots of dining options. Also it is across Disney land / sea and the Disney rail line. The hotel also has Yamato luggage shipping onsite as well that can in handy.
