We were in Japan for 30 days and this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. They do not have a shuttle that goes to the Disney Parks. The Expedia description has false advertising- says the hotel has a spa and is a 10 minute walk to the Disney Parks, but there is no spa. And in reality when you map the walking directions it is MINIMUM 30 minutes walk in the heat in June. When we checked in, multiple hotel staff said the Disney Parks are only a 10 minute walk- they are all ly

Not walkable to Disney but a very regular shuttle service. Rooms were a decent size and had a separate bath/toilet that were really well sized too. Overall a great experience and recommended for Disney travelers.

Clean and comfortable hotel near Tokyo Disney

Conveniently located near Tokyo Disney. We only stayed one night and we found the hotel clean, comfortable and convenient. Compared to the other hotels we used in Tokyo this room was very spacious with two twin beds. We didn't opt for their breakfast or use the shuttle service since we had quite a few bags.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea.

The Annex is easily confused with the Hotel Eurasia Maihama. The Annex is farther away from Disneyland, set in a business area. It's still quiet thought. Fabulous buffet breakfast! Huge shower too. Beds & pillows were a bit on the hard side.

I enjoyed our stay at the hotel so close to Disney world which is the main purpose of our trip, with free shuttle and free breakfast which was so delightful. I will appreciate it more if the staff specially at the check-in counter understand or speak in English. Hard to communicate :(

We loved everything about this hotel. It's location is very close to Tokyo DisneyLand (which was the main purpose of our trip). It provides a free shuttle to DisneyLand and the nearest transit station. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was awesome!

We arrived to our hotel early. First thing they said was checkin wasn’t until 3, which was fine. We were planning on just dropping off our luggage and going to Disneyland from there. The main reason checkin gets a terrible score is because the person (who was new/being trained) did not give us proper instructions on how to use the shuttle buses to and from the park. (We were staying at the annex- not the main Eurasia hotel). Needless to say, we went on the wrong shuttle and wasted almost an hour trying to get back to our hotel. Had we been given proper writin material (in the right language!) and adequate information, we would have been able to navigate and find our way.

Better than expected.

Better than expected. There's not much to eat nearby but there's a free shuttle that takes you to Maihama Station where there are many restaurants. There's also a Daily Yanazaki within walking distance if you don't want to catch the shuttle. Breakfast was tasty and the room was much bigger than expected since we expected everything in Japan to be teeny tiny. We also thought we'd have to walk to Disney each day and since we did that on our Cali Disney trips we thought it was doable. But the free shuttle, which we had no clue about, takes you to Maihama station which is right across the Disney Resort Line that takes you to each park- so convenient!
