We stayed for 2 nights at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel and I felt like I was staying with the Clooneys at Lake Como. It's very special. We had an alcove balcony room on the 8th floor and it was right in the center looking over the park with the beautiful Castle in the front. People would wave when we stood on the balcony. I felt like The Queen. Staying on the 8th gave us special privileges to a gorgeous room on the 3rd floor which had complimentary drinks and snacks all day. We also did the check-in and checkout procedure through this room and the girls who worked there were so lovely. Our room was beautiful. The amenities act as gifts and the nightly turn down service is wonderful. We had towels folded into Disney shapes and bathbombs and products left for us to use. There is a great convenience store on the ground floor selling lots of drinks and meals as well as a disney store if the ones at the park are too crowded. Go for a walk and look at the grounds - the gardens are gorgeous. Also use the luggage storage if you are leaving late. We checked out and stored our bags for the afternoon to go to the park. We came back to use the bus service to take us to the airport. It is $20 AUD per person on a really nice coach and the whole procedure was seamless. The staff at the hotel are so kind and friendly. It was very special. Thank you Tokyo Disneyland Hotel.
Stayed 1 night with four adults in a Beauty and the beast character room. The room was lovely and huge, four adults with a bed for each of us. The bathroom was also huge and had a very nice shower and bath. You get free use of the Tokyo Disney resort monorail when staying here aswell as 15 min early entry which makes a big difference here. The room also came with just about everything; tooth brushes, hair brush, ravor + shaving cream etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to have stayed longer and would stay again for sure!
We stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time. Our room looked out over Tokyo Disneyland park. We could hear the music when we opened our sliding door. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. I hope to stay here again in the future. Loved it!
I booked for 2 nights in Cinderella Room which is a character room. The room was very spacious and very bright with beautiful details such as Chandeliers, Paintings, Mirrors, Beautiful beds, Vanity, sofas, Two big tv screen! The only thing is the bathroom, the shower room should be more lightings in it.
Check in - we arrive at 9 am and guess what definitely the room not going to be ready which is very understandable. I was shock to see a sign pre check in means you can leave your luggage and get your paper work done, however you can only get the key of your room by 5pm. It was 5 bloody PM (17.00). For me it was mental. Decided to come back at 3 pm and do the check in at 3pm. At this point nobody tells me that I can check in at seperate room because I booked concierge room. Staff was lacking speaking in English and does not care about foreigners. That was my first impression. Come back at 2.50 pm and we go straight to the check in at the concierge special room. Staff told us to sit down and have some refreshment. Guess what for the refreshment, pre pack biscuits, water and orange juice. For anyone who stayed at Disneyland Shanghai hotel or Hongkong kingdom club room, Tokyo Disneyland hotel is the worst in term of everything. Pre pack biscuit for 800plus AUD per night. I was laughing in disbelief. Room - outdated and definitely need some refreshment. FYI, they limit Evian water (3 or 4 tiny bottle per day if I am not mistaken) If you stay for 2 nights, 6 or 8 bottles only). Bathroom - outdated, everything look tired and you can see the smallest bath tub ever. Breakfast for concierge room - at the lobby and taste like baby food. Very bland and uneatable. Save yourself by avoiding the brekfast and go straight to convenience store on LG. Conclusion, one of the worst hotel we ever stayed. Staff attitude is one of the worst. Definitely not Disney standard. Never see myself go back and stay there. Advise for anyone planning to stay there, its your choice. Personally, I would avoid it.
Hotel is wonderfully located at the entrance of Disneyland but don’t expect early check in 3 pm means 3 pm. Front desk staff not as proficient in English as I expected but Nonetheless very interested in making guest feel welcomed. The Beauty and the Beast themed room beyond expectations and worth the splurge one time. Don’t worry about getting tickets for the park after you arrive in Tokyo if you stay at Disney property as you are guaranteed entrance if you don’t stay at Disney properties you make have difficulty if number of visitors exceeds capacity even if you have purchased a ticket. Occasionally visitors have to wait for guests to depart before entrance opens back up
Just steps from Tokyo Disneyland! Staff was great, although sometimes tough to communicate in English (of course this is Japan, so can't complain). We had the Beauty and the Beast suite and I highly recommend it for the space and the theming. Their onsite convenience store is huge and open 24 hours. Also, there are onsite laundry machines (300 yen wash, 100 yen for every 15m dry) which worked well and allowed us to do a load of laundry quickly and all at once...they need this in Anaheim.
We stay 1 night at Disneyland Hotel so we can catch-up the 19:30 Disneyland Electrical Parade and the 20:30 Fire works show. But it turns out not enough 1 night stay, my kids enjoyed so much stay in this hotel. My daughter choosed a cinderella theme room which located at the highest floor in the hotel (9th floor). We have a privilege to enter the lounge and even a free breakfast in our own room! The staff are fluent in English, pleasant and very helpful to give any information about the parks. We will stay longer next time!
Had a great stay here for 2 nights. We stayed in a standard room on 2nd floor. Didn't mind view as we were hardly in the room. The advantage with a young child was being able to walk back to the hotel mid day to let him have a nap before the afternoon adventures kick in. Great place to stay and great service.
The Tokyo Disneyland hotel is basically a nicer version of the grand Floridian resort in wdw in Florida. This hotel is stunning and is literally right across from the Disneyland park. The views and grounds are beautiful. If you are an avid Disney lover, this hotel is a must do when coming to Tokyo Disneyland. I am already dreaming of going back!
